Called to see about getting our windshield replaced as soon as possible and he worked it in the same day! Amazing work. Fast and friendly. Reasonably priced. Couldnt ask for anything more. I will HIGHLY recommend The Glass Man!

I bought a 2008 malibu with a shattered windshield and the rear view mirror was cracked as well. He was the only person in this part of the state who had a supplier with my window.The next day he got me in at the earliest time I wanted and had the install done quicker than he quoted me. I was thoroughly excited when I found a brand new on star rear view mirror in my car that costs 150 as a free gift with the install. Brian aka The Glassman, is a great guy. A rock truck threw a rock and dinged my windshield. I called Brian who told me to bring it down to his shop. His employee tried to fix it, but cracked the windshield. The Glassman's policy is to tell customers that this is always a possibility when they do a repair. The employee, being new, forgot to tell me. Brian then got me a new windshield and installed it, free! Brian is what a small business owner should aspire to. Was initially getting the window replaced from midwest glass until they got the wrong window in. Accidents happen so wasn't to upset when they told me about the accident & i would have to come back. 2 weeks later i received a text message saying they had to get a new window instead of a used one we had talked about. No heads up that i was gonna be paying $200 more cuz it was a new window. They then wanted more money than quoted at first. The text messages from that company extremely rude. I found the glass man looking for someone other than midwest glass to fix my broken window. I called him & he had me in his shop the very next day with the proper window. He explained that he felt bad quoting me the price he did but because of type of window...still almost $100 cheaper than midwest glass plus extremely polite & efficient. I strongly recommend this man for any of your glass repair needs. Being nice to customers & worring about not ripping people offis very important to him. Great man & great business. Hopefully wont have any more windows to repair but if i do i will definitely make the Glass man my first & only call. Thank youService: Auto side window replacement
