1st time at Mobil 1 at Quincy Ave. The crew helped me out immensely. They let me know about a front bad tire and they all do great work. Hey, my dogs even want to go back and visit the nice people. Thanks!

They were so fast and efficient! The free coffee with creamer, etc. was a nice touch for a longer wait, but I wasn t there for very long!

Worst experience I've ever had moving. This place put us back 2 days on our move. They lied to us and did not honor our guaranteed time. Just horrible. I honestly think they should have uhaul taken away from them.

Do not use this place!!!! Just had my oils changed the girl walked back into the office with the oil ring on her finger laughed said I would show you that we changed oils but I broke your dip stick!!!! I have never heard of anyone breaking a dip stick I asked how do you get it out she said I have to take it to a mechanic I didn t get a sorry or anything will not go back EVER!!!!Service: Oil change

Had my car serviced yesterday. The lady upfront was rude and had a super bad attitude. Never spoke only to ask me for payment. The guy took my car out and had the window down when it was raining outsid . You can keep your attitude and service because I'll take my business somewhere else

Very expensive saying you can go to the dealership and get better oil for cheaper. The lady up front is far from friendly. It's like she hates her job or she's just rude. Finally like other people have said. They over sell. An when something is wrong they don't always tell you they write it on your invoice.

Was in and out within 15 minutes changed oil an filter topped off all fluids and even aired up all 4 tires. My first there and I will be back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They are fast. Will not go back since they don't offer a AAA discount and my bill jumped over $20 more than it was 4 months prior.

Do not under any circumstances go here when Alex is working. He was so rude I can't believe he even has a job interacting with people. When he asked what oil we wanted he said the last one we gotten (at that same shop) was the worst we could have gotten. Then while I and one other couple were waiting someone came in to get a UHaul and he refused to help her until both cars were completely done and actually said "I work for Mobi One, not UHaul." This poor woman had already gone to another city and then been told her UHaul was actually here. When he came back in to check me out, I asked that he wait on her first. The woman had called the local UHaul rep about what he had said, and he had called the shop. Alex said in front of this lady to the rep that she was giving him attitude. This registered an outcry from all of us, which soon escalated into Alex telling the other couple they could change their own oil if they want and that he didn't have to rent the UHaul if he didn't want to. I honestly have never seen anything like it. The most unbelievable customer service I've ever seen.

I want to thank mobile one on Quincy ave in Ottumwa. I have parked my truck in the same spot a couple times and noticed an oily spot. So I was taking a trip out of town so I had to have it checked out. So I went into Mobile 1 and they pulled it in and checked for a leak, well it wasn t that vehicle which was leaking. Which is a piece of mind I needed. so my oil change was real close to being due and she asked if she could check it and I agreed and she said it was at the right level and and oil looked good. I went inside to pay the bill and she said there will be no charge. Now when do you get that kind of a gift when they are so busy they don t have time to go the bathroom (lol). Thank you Mobile 1 I won t go anywhere else. Todd Grooms

Slow slow slower... not very motivated. .. try to over sell... I just want oil changed.. I will ensure the other basic maintenance is done. More... approaching the one hour mark still waiting... under qualified and under staffed.. advise you go somewhere else..

Had my oil changed at this location and they failed to replace the skid plate under the oil pan resulting in damage.to the rear skid plate covering the transmission.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
