The guys at Klyn did a first class job working on my sons A/C and rear drum brakes. Pricing was great, Brian was great. Great experience and was all diagnosed and fixed in only a few hours.

Trying to find a good mechanic is like trying to find a good doctor or dentist. Someone who will tell you what you need done, fix the problem with a minimum of downtime and a job well done. Well I can say Mike and Brian are two of those people who do a good job and don't charge an arm and a leg.

My brakes were beginning to grind off and on, and I was looking for someplace that was close to my work here in Ottumwa. I contacted Klyn Automotive and they were able to get me in the next day. They gave me multiple options of dropping my car off, gave me an estimate of what needed to be done including the specifics of what they did, like changing rotors in my case, and told me they would contact me before work began if there were any other unexpected complications. Klyn also wanted car information ahead of time to make sure he could get all the parts before I dropped off the car, which I appreciated. Overall, I had both front and back brakes/rotors changed and the pricing was fair. I enjoyed the attention to details, personalized customer service, and warm and friendly personnel. Mr. Klyn fixed my problem in a very timely manner. He was super friendly and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. The cost was fair as well. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. I'll be coming back if the need arises.
