We just bought a new Ford F250 truck from Gregg Young Ford i. Ottumwa Iowa. Everyone here Tyler, Erick and Dan were absolutely awesome! Very easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

It's not often you go to a dealership and say dang I wish I could stay and talk to them longer... While in the process of getting a new car. Tyler savage is an amazing salesmen and also an essential employee at Gregg Young Ford. We had the opportunity to talk about one of my favourite topics, JESUS. I just moved to Iowa from Florida four months ago and this was one of the best examples of servicing clients with strong christian based principles I have every experienced. I could tell that he actually cared about my experience finding a car and didn't have to worry about that 'sales rep trying to get over on you' narrative, there were so many smiles, and he was just an overall chill, humble, God fearing guy. So in other words... IF YOU NEED A CAR CALL TYLER SAVAGE AT GREGG YOUNG OTTUMWA.... He'll get you righttttt!! If I could give 10 stars I would, whatever bonuses you provide your employees, give him a little extra.

Jacob was really easy to work with, delivered the vehicle to me and answered all my questions. Sometimes buying a car from a different state can be a major hassle but Greg Young made it smooth and easy. I would do it again. Thank you.

I was having problems with my Toyota connection system. Erik, the manager of Greg Young, tried to fix my car for over an hour. He was so patient, kind, and helpful. I didn't even buy my car from them, but every time I go there, they are friendly and helpful! I will recommend them to eveyone!

After some discussion we were able to come to a very reasonable deal on our new car. Dustin was always cordial, patient and seemed to have our best interest in mind . I would return to this dealership in the future and recommend it to others.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried to get my car in under warranty and they said that I would have to pay for the diagnostic fee, and tax. I requested a email copy of this because my paperwork does not explain this and the lady on the phone (Amber) would not stop interrupting me. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND
