Around 2 weeks ago I came in for wipers for my new Jeep (new to me anyway). I wasn't sure how to change them but Will helped me pick out new wipers and install them since I didn't know how. He even taught me really quick how to do it. Friendly staff members like that are the reason I actually enjoy coming here. I know it was something small like wipers.. but it's something I didn't know how to do anymore because the mechanism was different than my last vehicle. Instead of letting me stand there awkwardly in the windshield wiper aisle he asked me if I needed help then took me over to the computer. He's awesome and thank you Will!

Fantastic experience with William G. He changed my battery and even gave me input on all the options to ensure I found something good in my price range. Great customer service. This employee deserves some recognition for his added value to the team.

Complete incompetence, if someone needs a fan belt ask if they have air conditioning before selling them a useless belt! This isn't rocket science....

Seems to always have plenty of employees just not always helping customers and waiting can be time costing! But understanding they may be doing a order for online or called in order!

Went in and there was two girls. One girl told us that she is busy talking to her boyfriend and that she couldn t help us. The other girl in there was too busy on her phone texting. So a guy that just clocked in when he walked through the door, had to help us because the other two wouldn t help. Very disappointed!

Workers don't really have knowledge. Customer had to help me because the worker couldn't.Updated: workers still have no knowledge of vehicles.

Slow moving staff that'll do the bare minimum to get you out of the store and not get fired at the same time. Once in awhile you'll find a good staff member to make sure you get what you need but not very often. 9 out of 10 times you will be going back to exchange the wrong part they gave you for hopefully the right one.

I went to Auto zone and got new head light had them put it in. Well the guy that changed my light ripped out the light and broke off my metal clip that holds light in. Left head light in and it burned my inside of head light assembly. I went the next day and asked a guy to help fix it but they take no responsibility for breaking my head light assembly I have to buy a whole new one for hundreds of dollars. I'm so upset and will deff not go back there for services Ps. they should replace it for me. When it's not my fault they broke it

Never to happy having to shop here but only one around. Prices or product description always change from the time you call to the time you get there to pick up. Sometimes they are responsive right away. Other times they make you wait even when no other customers are in the store if they are stocking. Could take a break from stocking and get the customer taken care of in my opinion.

Honestly? The dude that helped me was really REALLY nice. My truck ended up stalling in the parking lot and I had to have my dad come help me & now I think the fuel pump is no good in it & they COMPLETELY understood how I was franticing & told them I'd be back to get it. THANK YOU AUTO ZONE FOR BEING NICE AND CURTEOUS!!!

They where so friendly and helpful. They helped us find a part to fix our radiator tubing and even gave us the tools to fix it right there in the parking lot! Amazing service. Will definitely be going back there for all my car part needs!!

This store is getting more ridiculous all the time! Couple weeks ago they had 1 staff working & he told the person ahead of us & us both that they had the parts we needed but they were unavailable due to not being put away & he didn't have time. Other visits the staff including the manager ignore customers or intentionally go slow so customers leave without being helped. We usually go on with the part number we need otherwise you leave with the wrong part & it's inconvenient to exchange when u live out of town.

I needed two bulbs for my back brake lights and turn signals. As I am a delivery driver it was very important so I could get back on the road. The Ottumwa Iowa AutoZone quickly got me the bulbs at a very reasonable price, and installed them all in about 10 minutes! Super Job guys!

I walked up to the counter with my battery, the gentleman came over, said hi, and then the phone rang. He walked away, answers the phone, never said excuse me or anything as I waited for him to finish. There were 3 other counter associates there. Then just kept trying to push a $200 battery on me. At that time a friend of mine walked in, saw the treatment I was putting up with & convinced me to go to Walmart. I got a 5yr battery there for $89, and the whole transaction took 5 minutes. AutoZone needs to learn how to treat customers and realize that they are not the only option in town.

We came to return spark plugs they ve never been used we brought the receipt and said we wanted to return them and get cash back. The employees said that they were used which i don t know why he would say that they re perfectly clean and he opened the box for the first time to see that. So we won t be doing business with auto zone anymore especially if they won t let us return never used and unopened box of spark plugs and won t give us our money back. Too bad some of your employees seem incompetent in the work place.

I called autozone yesterday to order a bosch fuel pump and was told it would arrive tomorrow. My wife drove to ottumwa (25 minutes one way) to find out the warehouse didn't have it, so instead of calling me to let me know it was canceled, autozone doesn't do anything. HERE IS SOME DAD ADVICE.... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT AUTOZONE!

Went there three different times because they couldn't find the gas line he needs. There was 15 ft of it somewhere.

Just have trouble when they say it's the low price guarantee. But they quote you the highest price. Not sure if they do that anymore
