After purchasing Toro rear wheel drive, I've had 2 occasions where I needed service. The first time was annual maintenance where when I called for status and felt I should apologize for my call. Less than happy with their short snappy attitude.Just today I called for service as rear wheel drive quit. We were told to "wait in line as they were one month out. Whatever happened to "we are busy but can have it done by ..."Just don't appreciate being made to feel like we're bothering them.

Very easy place to shop. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. He delivered our mower within the hour and showed us how to use it at our house. Great service!

I had a misshappen recoil spring that kept our walk-behind mower from starting. Come to find out the manufacturer, Lawn Boy, is out of business. The repair was more involved because they couldn't buy just the spring; they had to replace the complete assembly. They finished the work in a week and for the price they estimated. They were very easy to work with.

Very pleasant owner, enjoyed listing to him, his knowledge over his years.went out of his way to help find the mower we wanted,since Feb.with the shortage.then deliverd it fast.I was so skeptical of the 0 turn,big machine,Im on it as much as I can.so comfortable!!!
