I was waiting for my car for 1 h and half and they say not yet you can schedule an appointment for tomorrow. And no cars in there why they do that?

Under staffed, long wait, limited tire size selection (had to buy more expensive tire due to not having size in less expensive).

Be warned. The people don t often know what they are talking about. I ve worked at a TLE for over a year, before moving and working at an actual car auto shop for half a decade. I was just charged for two tire mounts, explained that since they had the mount the rim on the vehicle it counted. Rotate is $2.50 each. So I had to pay four times the amount because the person who took my order the department manager had no idea what she was doing.I don t usually complain but this is beyond the pale. Literally ripping me off, right to my face.

It was a nightmare. Wal-Mart tire shop needs to update their tools. They said they couldn't get lug nuts off as they were "swollen ". Mind you the mechanic had them off the night before. I purchased more lug nuts from an automotive store but they still couldn't take them off. I went to another tire shop, Klyns with the tires and they took the lug nuts off with no problem and mounted the two remaining tires. They said they had lots of customers referred by Wal-Mart because of problems like this. I would think Wal-Mart would want to upgrade their tools. I don't have some fancy car or tires, just a Ford Fusion. The people at Walmart were nice just didn't have suitable sockets. When I got to Klyns I also noticed they has messed up the rim trying to get off the lug nut.

On hold for 30 minutes to check if they had a certain tire sizeTransferred back to the front 3 timesI didn t know the hold music could actually run outI can only imagine how slow service actually is.Front desk was a nice person though and was also confused as to why I kept getting transferred back to her.

was told a few months ago I don't need an appointment for tires, rotate, balance, or fix a flat with the warranties. Okay drove 25 miles one way just to find out the air compressor is down. I'm know by experience from working at Walmart you take a large compressor off the shelf mark it to 0 as store use and keep the business running if you can't rent one from a local rental business! Seriously a has customer has to remind Walmart how to run your business! How sad!Service: Tires

I just got a different vehicle . Oil change was over 7,000 miles over due . Fortunately , they were able to get me in . They informed me of another issue of the coolant being almost out . They always help as much as they can . I will continue to keep going back . I hope at some point soon , they flush and change transmission fluid and filter

We had a flat tire on labor day, and they fixed the tire problem in less then 30 minutes , and we paid a minimal charge. Very pleasantly surprised,. Now we are on our way back to Missouri. Thank you!Service: TiresService: Tires

I have always had to wait too long for service at this Walmart and they always try to upsale me. They need more help. I hadn't been there for a couple of years and since I needed a few things done I thought i would give them another chance. I called to make an appointment and was on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up. Not another chance for them.

Very pleased with the work done, price charged and time it took. I received multiple discounts on a fuel line service and wiper blades because I was receiving an oil service. I would have given 5 stars but they only vacuumed the front floorboard. Friendly attentive staff. One even loaded items I had shopped for while waiting into the car for me. Thanks Oskaloosa Wal-Mart Auto Service staff. Good job!

Went in just to have lug nuts tightened from previous new tire they put on. Would be hour and a half wait because they were just getting ready to start on another. I could see if I was getting work done but just to tighten lug nuts on one tire.

My name is Dale Nelson. I'm sure this post will not matter. I was told by the manager of the auto dept that a privous patch on my tire was leaking that was not theirs. I left and went to the tire shop i know fixed it to see if they would fix their patch. They showed me a rusty nail an inch from the patch, that was causing the leak, not the patch. I took pictures and the nail and went back to wall Mart. The manager said we can't patch over a patch. I said I understand but u lead me to believe the patch was the problem. She said and I Quote "I'll put your complaint with the other thousand that says I don't explain correctly" then she laughed and turned her back to me and kept laughing as she engaged with another associate. I have been in management and would never be that unprofessional towards customers that help pay my wages. I am now setting at the tire shop that treats customers with respect and getting 4 new tires, just short of 600.00, put on my van. I know Wal-Mart won't go broke without my business and that's not the point. Atleast my hard earned money is now going to people that show me respect and appreciate my business. This place is absolutely ludacris. Every time we are here for an oil change it takes an hour in a half. Today we are here for a simple tire fix. We purchased our tires here with the road hazard warranty. Needless to say it has been an hour and a half and they just pulled our vechike into the bay! I never recommend this place to anyone any more. They use to get our vechiles in and out. NOT ANYNOTE, BEWARE! (there were only two vechiles ahead of when we checked in)**UPDATE: WE COULD FINALLY LEAVE AFTER BEING THERE FOR TWO HOURS AND NINETEEN MINUTES!**

Waited for their lunch to be over about an hour and a half just to go in and Tina asked what we needed so we told her and she said they were not putting tires on that day and was very rude.

Horrible service. Rude people who did not know what they were doing. They took all day to service my car and still messed up. I will never ever take my car back there again. I learned the hard way Wall Mart is for shopping not for auto service. Be careful and watch them work on your car if you have no other options.

The gal that was taking care of us was Excellent! She had no name tag on but she was professional and treated everyone with respect. Give her a raise. Not many like her.

We had a flat tire on our camper on the way home from Iowa State Fair. They were very helpful and got us a tire for camper very quickly and got us back on the road Was very pleased with the service

Ok prices but an hour and a half to change two tires has to be the slowest I've ever witnessed. Dollar waiting on dimes. Frustrated but I'm on the clock so at least I made $30 sitting here.

They need to hire someone to answer the phones if their staff is busy working on vehicles. Have called countless times over the past few months but have never gotten an answer and since there is no voicemail it just rings over and over.

Do not buy any battery from this place if u do take it some where else to buy them i buy one from them took it to the shop they say it was bad trun around took it to walmart and they say it was good i think they .Cant tell what good or bad so now on im. Going to buy one some where else

Took my custom valve stem covers, didn't properly balance new tires. Won't return.
