This is literally the worst automotive shop I have ever been to. Not only did they not fix any of the issues with my vehicle but they also gave me no updates or notices at all I had to call to get everything. If you re looking for automotive service, these technicians are in capable, and do not understand certain parts of basic diagnostics. I had to give advice the technicians. Please do not send your car here.

Rodger has helped my family s vehicles and my personal vehicle for many years. He s worked on two of my vehicles from everything from simple oil changes, tire alignments, lock actuator installation, and much more. I ve seen several reviewer which had bad experiences but I ve never had a bad experience!

Rodger and Tim really know how to get things done. They provide the best service around these parts. They are affordable and gets things done in a timely manner. I think they are the best mechanics around the Oskaloosa area. You can't go wrong with their services.

Roger was very professional and got my van right in. Price he quoted me was exact. After leaving realized I needed another part which I bought and took it to him and he put it on right away. I highly recommend Oskaloosa Service Center to anyone needing car repairs. 2 BIG thumbs up.

Excellent customer service, highly recommend this place. Spoke with Roger he said to come over and he would check the car out, just like that he helped my daughter out and fixed the problem she was having with her car in the same day. Very happy customer.

Took my car here for over three years, and had a good relationship. Just recently I had to have some custom work done, waited two weeks and paid over 800 dollars for it, which was no problem. One day out of the shop the vehicle wouldn't start (not previously and issue). As well as the alignment getting totally thrown off while there. They refused to help in any way, towing or fixing the problems that weren't there before. I wasn't keen on paying them more money after what they'd done. I would never take my own vehicle or recommend anyone here again.

These guys worked on my A/C twice and did not fix it. I paid the bill both times. On the third trip I needed a headlite switch and had a off and on hard starting consern. My bill was $1000 and my A/C still is not right and I still Have a starting problem. $260 of that was for a distributor cap and rotor that cost them $60 and was not the problem. When I went back Roger told me that basically they didn't screw me as bad as they could have. Roger told me to bring it back and they would look at it again. I would have to think about that.

Took my car in there to have a leak looked at. While the he car was in the air on the lift the mechanic climbed up a ladder to start my car and turn the wheels. My front wheel hit the arm of he hydraulic lift he continued to crank on the steering wheel until he completely broke my upper control arm. My entire hub assembly with the wheel still attached fell two feet and down at a 45 degree angle. Luckily I had a new control arm at home. The mechanic said to run home and get it and he d help me replace it real quick. When I got back with the new part neither mechanic would help me and I was left standing there. So I grabbed my own tools out of the car and started working. I received little to no help replacing the part from the mechanic who was talking to different people who would stop. TERRIBLE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Went in for a front ujoint that had visible play in it they sd over the phone no problem come in ... went was told they couldn't just kept trying to sell me a tire from another business in town.. didnt act like they really knew what they were doing
