They offer many options for oil and filters as well as many other parts, and if they don't have a part in stock they can typically get it yet the same day, or the following business day.

Update! The district manager called me and is addressing this situation I believe that this matter will be taken care of. Updating stars because he was very understanding and agreed this would have not happened********************Bryan was super unprofessional. Yes I am calling out your name and I hope your management addresses you. I did call him some choice words upon leaving because of how rude he treated me and wanted to raise his voice and practically yell/talk over me. I am not from Iowa things may be different from what you carry versus back at home. People who hate there jobs so much or treat people so poorly should not be allowed to work. Just because from where we live people normally have to go in the back for what requested and we told him that does not mean he cannot look it up for us. I am sorry we requested something that you may typically not carry or be on the self but you can still be a decent human being to look instead of getting super rude and make me feel like I'm a nobody.

Need to train their employees better. I told the employee the make and model of my motorcycle, Harley Sportster, three times and she still asked me what year my Road King was.

When a worker refuses to give parts to someone because of a out of work issue is ridiculous. Customer service is horrible at this branch.

My battery died a few blocks from this location, went in got my battery and asked to borrow tools to install it, instead of allowing me to walk back to truck a associate there ( I didn't get his name unfortunately) drove me in his vehicle to help me install my battery! And on top of that they honored my military discount as well! I will most definitely come back to this location and shop!

Upon entering the store, there were three young men behind the counter. One other young man was helping a customer out on the floor. All three of the young men greeted me quite enthusiastically! The first young man asked me how they could help me. As I told him that I needed brake pads, with all the hardware for my 2009 Nissan Sentra, the second one in line was off to get the parts, while the first one typed up the order. They were all very helpful, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. I was in, and back out in just a matter of a few minutes. Thank you, O'Reilly Auto Parts of Oskaloosa, Iowa!Dawn Wheeler

I needed help matching paint for a project. The staff here went out of their way to match the color as close as possible, something not all places will do for a person.The staff was also helpful in finding some needed auto supplies.

I've been trading with these guys since they were HiLo and they always seem to have the right part at the right price and great customer service. Example, I got a set of motorcraft OEM plugs for my 17 fusion 1.5 EcoBoostfor under 10 bucks a piece! I'm pretty sure they are NGKs because stamped right on them, is made in Japan.GET YOUR PARTS HERE

Unfortunately I had to give 1 star otherwise it wouldnt let me post the review No stars for the oskaloosa o'Reilly parts store. Very rude employees, including the shift manager "Brian Lee" we will never do business with them again. This isnt the first oreillys store we have had problems with. It seems to be lack of basic car knowledge for some of the employees in the couple different stores we have dealt with. One employee at the oskaloosa store was very rude and even hung up in mid call. When we called back he was still rude and when we asked to speak to a manager the manager was rude and didnt really want to take care of the problem. There will be a call made to corporate to get the matter taken care of.

Close to home. Most of the O'Reilly stores I've called or been to the clerks haven't a clue about automotive so it's refreshing that this one is unlike the rest with actual knowledgeable employees.

I had the most helpful customer service rep that I've encountered in months! He was thorough, friendly but not pushy. It was a great shopping experience.

They have just about everything you need for your vehicle in this store. The only thing I think should be added to their services is oil changes. Other than that, the prices are pretty reasonable.

I went the other day to O'Reilly's here in Oskaloosa iowa for a light bulb for my car and they told me it was going to cost $99. I went on eBay today and found the exact same light bulb for $10 and that came with 2 light bulbs when they told me just one alone was going to be $99. Now I am sorry but that is absolutely ridiculous I mean really they are ripping you off that bad. That is insane never will I go there again.

Very slow service. They didn't acknowledge the other customers that were waiting to be helped. They were not friendly and they were very rude when you asked a question to see if they carried a certain product

Pulled in with a dead battery in My Sons Car in the middle of a snow storm, they tested the battery had the battery on hand... even replaced it for us! Very thankful

Lack of enthusiasm and poor customer service. Called for a part to have set out and they struggled to get the correct part. Had to return the part for a different one. AND HAD TO ASSIST STAFF TO FIND THE CORRECT PART.

Who can't beat this parts store for people that have no idea what they are talking about and give you the wrong part half the time but it is cheap and they will always make it right no matter what
