I'd love to share a real positive comment about Mitrisin Motors but I cannot. I have spoken with them twice about a repair on my vehicle and they have never responded back to me with any answers???

Went in with a loose tie rod, as told my the oil change place. I got in to mitrisin and they immediately took it back and started working on it. Vehicle was done in an hour, before my ride even had a chance to come get me. Very pleased with how quickly it was done!

I just want to say the lady at the front desk has always been extremely rude. She lost the slip for our truck and they had it for over three weeks. When a oil leak was supposed to be fixed, it took three visits and almost $2000 to do it. Their pricing is over the top. You'll pay $200-$400 more each visit for basic things. Such as wheel bearings, break pads and other odd ends. They have been a walking nightmare to deal with. As often as we are and the thousands of dollars we have spent there. They charged us to just look at my van, I get time is money .... But they have gotten more then they should from us already. No apologies for anything. For my front break pads, front routers and one back wheel bearing... I was looking at $850 on the low and $1200 high that's outrageously high. On the high end other places quoted me 730 and as low as 560.... With the same time frame for fixing. Keep in mind there are disks on the back. Which are so easy and barely any leg work. They don't have to take it all part to change the wheel bearing, but price doesn't reflect that. Again the lady at the front desk is beyond rude, unorganized and unprofessional. I did contact the business prior to posting and the owner was very kind and informative. Possibly just an issue with the secretary.

They fixed my Honda Odyssey van doors when 3 other mechanics couldn t! I ve had endless problems with these doors & it kept draining my battery. This is my work van & I need the doors to work & for it to start up in the morning. So glad I found this place. Bringing my husband s car in next. I've never had my car worked on at this garage. However, they do have rental cars very reasonably priced. I think there is only one other place you can rent a car from, but I'm not sure what the name of the place is called. You will need to have rental cars insurance. They said they didn't provide the insurance, but you can find many insurance agencies specifically for rental cars. I hope this has helped, if there is anyone out there looking for a rental. Had a bad tire balance done on my truck. Brought it to Mitrisin's repair and low and behold my truck is back to the way it used to ride and drive! I can't Express how delighted I am ! Thank you for expertise.

Bought a Truck from them last June and it s been in the shop 7 times since, or just sitting in my garage while I save money to put back into the shop! I have only put 300 miles on it since I purchased it! But have over 4000 in repair bills!I had higher expectations from a local dealer who is also a mechanic! This truck has been a burden to me and my family, I will Never give this place another dime of my money!

I went there to drop off a vehicle to be worked on, but I got there after hours. The place was a little hard to find and I had make serveral calls to find out where I was to drop off the keys for my vehicle. I had to walk around the building looking for the drop box. Then when I went the next day to get the vehicle, the woman wasn't going to let me take the vehicle, because paperwork had to be signed and I didn't have the person with me at the time, because I was having a blower lock put in the vehicle. I told her that I was dropped off there and I wasn't going to be strained in Oskalooa when I live in Knoxville, so I would be taking the vehicle. I paid her for the bill and told her that I would get the paperwork signed and returned to her, so she said that she doesn't usually do that, but she would this time. I took the vehicle and paperwork and left. They were not rude to me at all. Just confusing to find the Dropbox, because I got there after hours and they were already closed for the day.

They are great for advice to help you with your cars. We can't afford to pay to have our cars fixed we have to do it ourselves thank you for advising us.

The owner is very knowledgeable about what is going on with vehicles. And his mechanics are quick to get a vehicle repaired.

It may take a few days to get your vehicle in, but it usually doesn't take long for getting the work done.
