Most amazing car experience ever! Nate at Kraig was so helpful, down to earth and very knowledgeable. Got me in and out in no time. Painless experience! The whole staff was super friendly too. I had such a great experience my wife bough a car a month later as well! Will always be my go to dealer from now on!

Kraig Ford is extremely knowledgeable and willing to work with your price range. They do a fantastic job of working as a team and meeting the needs of the people they are working with. They asked before showing us something outside the price range we were wanting and did not pressure us into getting anything. The next day we went back to get our brand new vehicle and they even stayed late that day to be sure we could finalize everything! They really are great!

Bought our 2016 Ford F150 here in 2020. Sales team was great and got the truck for a fair price. Have taken the truck back for routinemaintenance and have received great service at a reasonable cost. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from here as well.

Ford needs to set eta times and stick with them. I believe Ford changed the date 6 or 7 times. Come on you (Ford) can do better then that. Kraig Ford did more then they needed to. Went why beyond what any other dealer would do. They gave me a loner truck intell the new one showed up. It was supposed to be 2-3 weeks. It ended up being 8 weeks. NOT KRAIG FORD FAULT...... It was my 1st time buying from them but will not be the last. It was well worth the hour and 45 min drive. Thank's to the Nate the salesman.

I purchased a 2023 F150 from Kraig Ford recently and i can say it's the best experience i've ever had! I inquired about the truck on a Saturday evening and received a call from Dale Johnson within minutes. He had numbers for my trade and the vehicle within 30 minutes of opening on Monday.We live 4 hours away from the dealership and it was well worth the drive. I was expecting the paperwork to take a while and they had it ready when we arrived and we were out the door in less than an hour.I've bought from a number of other ford dealerships and none compare to this experience. I strongly recommend giving Dale a call and give Kraig Ford a chance on your next vehicle purchase.

Mike, the manager from the shop area, is awesome, and so is his team. I've been having lots of trouble with my car that I bought from there because I had wrecked it due to medical reasons. And I've taken it place in places and places, but make a long story short, they figured out and fixed it. we had already basically paid for it to have it fixed. But just yesterday my car wouldn't start at work. And so the guys over at work started me. I had to run and go to O'Reilly's they said my battery was junk. As I'm panicking now that I need my car, I call Mike explained to him. I need a battery. I need it really fast because I need my car. He says, "Bring it over, pull it from the shop door. So I did just that, and he had his crew fix it up the battery in it for me. And I was back on the road taking care of my other errands. So give a shout out to Mike in the shop and his team. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I took my 2019 Ranger in for an oil change only to get a dent the size of quarter in my door under the lock. I contacted them about it and was told "Was I sure I was not the one that done it." I was told to bring it in and they would take a look at it. Why when they had already made up their minds. Well its their lose. I ordered my new 2024 Ranger today. FROM CHARLES GABUS FORD!!

Ordered a 23 F250 and even with Ford having supply chain issues Dale was very good to work with. The day the truck came in the whole staff was great to work with, Sam got me set up with everything on the title side and Dale walked down the whole truck. I would recommend them to anyone. They had a vehicle that had all the specs I wanted in a beautiful color. I contacted them through autotrader and Nate got back to me immediately. Because I was overseas but absolutely wanted the car, I was able to arrange a delivery with them. They worked with me getting everything set up, getting paperwork off to get signed, letting me see the vehicle's history with an Experian Autocheck, setting up a delivery time, and delivered the vehicle exactly when they said they would. It being my first ever purchase without seeing or driving the vehicle for myself, I was nervous. But now I wouldn't hesitate to purchase in the same manner with them again. Thanks Nate!

Very overdo review, but great experience with Kraig Ford. Mike took excellent care of me when my ford explorers transmission went bad. Got my car right in and fixed very quickly; which was such a blessing with having small children. He also supplied me with a loaner vehicle and kept me updated every step of the way. Very appreciative of their customer service and highly recommend!

After traveling the country for work and visiting lots of ford dealerships, it was so refreshing to be treated fairly and have quality work done. This was our best experience with Ford. An extensive job on our F250 was done and when an unexpected part needed to be ordered, they supplied us with a loaner vehicle for the interim while they waited for the part to arrive.

I've done a couple transactions with Kraig Ford in Oskaloosa and have been pleased both times both buying and selling my vehicle. It's been worth the drive from Des Moines to Oskaloosa and will make the drive again in a year when my son needs a car. I highly recommend.

Drive anon Ford EV and these guys were a life saver. Fast charger at the Hy Vee was down on my road trip. They let me get enough juice to make it to the next one at no charge. SUPER NICE!!! Thanks!!!

I called and spoke with the manager, Mike. He was very nice. I explained my cars symptoms, which are multiple electrical issues. I suspected it to be a Body Control Module. Mike said with the symptoms, he expected it to be a Totally Integrated Power Module. So I was having it diagnosed to narrow it down, between the two. He quoted the diagnostics as, "up to $99." When getting the paperwork it states, "advised that if we need to chase wiring for other concerns more diagnostic time is needed." Well, I had explained to Mike that it was a complex wiring issue and he kept saying, "up to $99." So they were very misleading in this aspect as well. I confirmed with the lady that more time meant more money. They also did not do a free overall inspection, as other dealerships do.Well, they didn't look at either of those parts and told me that it could be the radio draining the battery, which I told them that the radio had an internal malfunction already. The radio had been bad for 2-3 years, battery drainage started in Dec.So, I paid $105.93 for them to not do what they had agreed to do, and tell me what I already knew.They said that those parts weren't showing any codes, which I had told them that as well. I took it specifically to a Chrysler dealership since my car is a 2001 Chrysler 300M, hoping they could get to the bottom of this ongoing issue. I was wrong!!After, speaking to them again, they did unplug the radio for free. But, I still have no idea what is truly wrong with my car.Now, I'm back to square 1 and out money that I really couldn't afford.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Kraig Ford and they did a great job! I really felt that they worked for me and not against me. Craig even personally bought my wife and I lunch while we waited for the paperwork to process. Excellent people to do business with. I will be a returning customer for my service needs.

Just went in to service my 2012 focus with over 108000mi and has not given any trouble. They have a nice waiting room with hot coffee and a TV. Friendly staff ready to answer questions. My wife bought a car from this dealership at there old location. And was happy. No high pressure sales... PS everyone probably knows who I am from my vehicle description

Couldn't ask for a better experience. This dealership did what the others couldn't. I worked with Jake and Tyler to find the perfect new super duty that not only fit my needs but also my budget. The environment was very relaxed and there were no high pressure sales tactics. My household has made two purchases from Kraig Ford, and my family has also made a new Ford purchase here. We won't stop anywhere else when it comes time to replace another vehicle!

I have been dealing with Carriker Ford for the past 3 years. I know they have been in business for the past 60, so I am new to working with them, but I find everyone easy to work with and willing to go out of their way to please the customer.This is not always the case at most dealerships. Service and sales seem to work together to provide a great experience.I do my best to recommend them and send out my friends & family. Could not be happy.

In and out! Quick service and the staff was very friendly! Had a nice service waiting area. Went in for a recall and they were more than happy to do the repair even tho my car wasnt purchased there originally!! Provided me with the recall repair slip for my records.
