Great overall experience with kraig chevy. Was looking for a new truck and the one they had was the wrong color. Micheal was able to find the exact truck that I wanted at another dealership and made a very fair deal on my trade in. Love my new silverado! Awesome job Michael, Nick and Nate. Thanks for the great experience.

Jake and his team in the service department are terrific! I called today as my car s battery was dead even after charging all night. Called Jake and he sent 2 guys to come jump it, take back to service dept to get new battery and then they bought back all within maybe 45 minutes (if that). I always get great service here! Highly recommend!

On the test drive I heard a grinding noise and asked what it was and the salesman ,who said my mom can't go with us , it was the wheels on the highway. So I then bought it for 5000 dollars. They were making comments like , I noticed a dent and the salesman said well ya got a plunger at home don't you. Anyhow the transfer case ,is what the noise I was hearing was, I found that it was going to cost me 3000 dollars to repair. I called them and they said they weren't going to do anything about it. I'm going to make a complaint with the better business bureau,,and have a lawyer intervein because they lied to me about the grinding and they didn't divolge the damage that makes it unsafe to drive

Shane is the best and so easy to work with. He always tries to get the best deal possible for the customer. He has been doing this along time and uses his knowledge and experience to make a great experience for the dealership's customers! Way to go Shane and the whole sales team!

I needed a part for my Impala and absolutely could not find it online. I told them what I wanted. They asked for the make, model, and year of my car. In less than ten minutes they found it, quoted a price and ordered it for me. I had spent over two hours looking everywhere online with no luck.

Shane and the crew at Kraig Chevrolet was great to work with. This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Shane and Rob was very knowledgeable about the truck I was buying. I already came in with my "car salesman" filter, but I didn't feel like Shane or Rob was trying to "sell" me on anything making me very comfortable. They was upfront and honest, which I knew because I had already done my own research on the truck and price. Having had this experience with them made me feel like they were in it for me. I would definitely recommend Kraig Chevy to anyone that is in the market for a different vehicle. Thanks guys!

They will make sure every tea is crossed in every eye is dotted. They will help you with the best way they can. They sold me a nice F-150 used pickup truck something I was looking for. They really help me out a lot.

My family recently purchased a suv here. It was just the absolute best, that I've been ripped off in my life! The best part is getting to replace everything on the vehicle to make it drivable again...but who doesn't love that!Just remember... if you only need a vehicle that runs for 1 day, choose Kraig Chevrolet!!!!

Brought my truck in to have an alignment done, was told they could not do the alignment because my lower ball joints were shot, quoted me a little over a $1000 to replace and do alignment. Another local shop quoted me almost $600 less and then when I got there told me my ball joints were fine and didn't need replaced. Staff was friendly but that is ridiculous and I'm glad I didn't fall for this scam. Save your money and go to a local mechanic

I thank the service staff @ Kraig for helping a business traveler in need.My business trip last month stopped @ Oskaloosa and I had to find help from Jake and Saif. I wanted to rent a car to continue my trip while they worked on my car, but they set me up with a loaner at no cost.My problem was perplexing, but the service tech knew immediately how to fix it. My not retorqing my wheels almost caused a disaster. I had to have them retightened the lug nuts and while there they buffed up my right headlight.Sooooooo don't make my mistake follow directions to retorque your wheel lug nuts once the wheels have been off of your car.A big Thanks to all the staff at Kraig who helped me continue my business trip and save me a bunch of money. Great Praise!!

I don't care for them. They've not treated me like I think they should. I bought my new truck there and had them do the first oil change. They were suppose to check the transmission too. They didn't. They gave me a loaner. It was an older car that had the back door half full of water that sloshed all the time.

I bought a truck from here about five months ago. I didn t have any problems. Everyone was nice and we came to an agreement quickly that I felt was reasonable. I will be back to buy more vehicles!!

I had a friend who went to this dealership and they pressured him into buying a vehicle that he could not afford. When he told them in less than ONE WEEK that he wanted to bring it back and get something more affordable they said no that he had to keep it for six months! Obviously their concern for their customers and ethics questionable.

Do not recommend, treated me like a low life cuz I m not loaded with money. I have a 2013 VW Passat Kelly blue book said it was worth over $5000 and they told me it was worth $1000. I will NEVER go back or recommend to anyone!!!!!!!

Love the people here! Everyone was very helpful and I never felt pressured. The new parking lot is much nicer to drive on now as well. I highly recommend them for buying new and used cars.

My advice... Make the sale happen on day 1 instead of calling/emailing repeatedly 3 weeks later. I now drive a new Equinox in my price range and received the deal I wanted because I found a dealership who took the time.

If your a women don't go here. They wouldn't even show me a car without filling out paperwork. But they did my brother who had lower credit then me and then promised to check more things today and according to my credit report did not. Will not be back Des monies worth the drive also tick my brother off.

CarGurus had a 2002 Jeep advertised by Clemons Inc of Oskaloosa for $1995, which is the average selling price around the state. The ad said it had been posted for 46 days! When I went to the website of Clemons Inc of Oskaloosa, the price was $3495! I then went back to CarGurus, and it had the $1995 as 'former' price with 'new' price of $3495! As if, you find a vehicle Clemons has posted and express interest. the link ups the price? No wonder there are no reviews for this dealer, obviously frauds! ATT Gen of IA notified!

My van broke down in the middle of a snowstorm. Someone from the service department took me to hotel even though he had clocked out for the evening. They diagnosed the issue and helped get me going again. Thank you so much!
