Took my car to Copeland after someone backed into my driver's side door. They took amazing care of her. The blend on the new parts is amazing- I can't even tell a difference. She came back looking as shiny as she could be! They were quick and especially kind, given that I have no experience when it comes to this stuff. Support small businesses when you can, I recommend this one FOR SURE.

Hit a deer with my Toyota Corolla and Copeland fixed it fast. It looks so much better now then it did when I bought the car!! It s so shiny and clean. I just love the work they did! My whole front was really damaged but can t even tell anything happened to my car now. Definitely recommend Copeland 10/10 wouldn t go to anyone else. Plus they are super friendly!!

Don't take your car here. They have zero pride of work and will surely return your car to you with an issue (maybe even a new issue).Car #1 - they called to tell us the car was ready for pickup but when we got there, my husband found a number of issues and we did not take the car home. It took an additional week for them to correct their mistakes.The second time we went to get it, we did take it home but we were told that when they test drove it, the transmission line blew off and had to be repaired. We removed the paint overspray from the windows ourselves after we got home.Car #2 - they asked me to bring it in on a Friday but when I dropped it off, I was told that they wouldn't work on it until the following Tuesday. I live over an hour away, so, we left it but it was added days without a car and extra inconvenience. They had the vehicle for over a week.When we picked this car up, the a/c was no longer blowing cold, so, I called copeland to have it corrected. It took them several weeks to be able to get my car in. They replaced the bad condenser they had previously installed and decided to replace a fan (it wasn't broken). They had my car for a week to fix something they were responsible for.The fan they replaced sounds like I'm riding on the rumble strip. It's LOUD and it vibrates like crazy. I called copeland about this issue but explained that they cannot have my car for a week, again. I was told that they can't guarantee they won't have it for a week.So, now, I am filing a complaint with my insurance company to get it resolved.Correcting their mistakes is not a priority once they've deposited the insurance check.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! They truly excel at not only repairs, but customer service. My truck looks brand new, you can t tell what paint is new and what is old. The staff made sure to address any issues and went above and beyond to help me in any way that they could. Best customer service I have ever seen. That alone made it worth the money. They've done an amazing job, first time I went to them they replace my windshield. And did a really good job. Second time I went to them a gentleman had hit my car while I was at work and I took it to Copeland and they fixed it and look like nothing had ever happened to it. I hit a deer with my SUV. The staff at Copeland s are extremely knowledgeable. They were able to get my vehicle in right away and had it repaired in a timely manner. Copeland s Collision did an amazing job getting my truck back to how it was. There was extensive damage to the drivers side after a t-bone accident. They not only did the work in a very timely, they made it look better the new! There was constant communication to give updates and let me know what was being done and what had been done. They also did the majority of the communication with my insurance. I would not only take any future business to them, I would recommend anyone that needs body work of any kind to go to Copeland s!! Very friendly office staff! Very willing to help and answer all questions. Let me knew what the repairs would take and kept me updated through the process. I needed body work and some mechanical work done due to an accident that wasn't my error. I had 2 estimates. When I walked into Copelands, i was so impressed with the service. First of all person handling my estimate, (which was a woman) was very professional, the building was clean, the work shop was extremely clean. My estimate was done within a few minutes. This lady handled the insurance company that was paying the claim. Which included paying for my rental. Which she handled as well. So when the car was to be done, she wasn't happy with it, so she put me in one of their loaners for the weekend. When I picked up my car on monday, it looked great. The whole exterior looked great.The only thing that I wasn't happy about was that she told me she would have the garage touch up a couple rock chips, which was pre-existing, and it wasn't done. But all in all, I would definitely use them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my Hyundai here because I was rear ended and they ended up taking an extra day to fix my vehicle but that was due to a complication with the car. I was kind of irritated until I got my car back. The exterior was clean and looked great! My back end look very well done! And my interior was cleaned out very well and it honestly means alot that they did this. Overall a very great job!

Excellent service. They went above and beyond for us. Only complaint is the service charge to use your debit card but wouldn't stop me from returning. Car looks great!

Very reasonable rates. My son's car was tied on the weekend and they did not charge us a storage fee as long as we got it Monday. Courteous and friendly.

Had the best experience ever from a body shop. Not only did they do such good work, they were kind and willing to go out of there way to make sure I had everything I could have. They gave me a vehicle to drive at no extra cost to me. I just had a back surgery and they made sure they gave me a vehicle that would be the most comfortable for me. They call with updates and made sure I knew what was going on. I am a auto body guy and do it for a living for my company fleet from simis to vans, pickup and my own personal cars from collisions to rust and have done a restoration of a old car and have won many trophies at car shows. I told them I was very pick and didn't like other people working on my vehicles just from such bad experiences from locol shops. I tell you I couldn't have done a better job on my truck from which they had done. I will use them from now on in my company when I need help and am swamped to my personal vehicles when I'm unable like now from a back surgery . When I picked up my truck which was done on the day they said it would be done thay also detailed the inside of my truck as well. I just can't say enough about coplin and how good they are at what they do. Don't settle for what insurance companies want! If you need body work in Oskaloosa Copeland's is the place to go. Great work, great people, great pricing. Always on-time and always professional. Brought in my Wrangler to get looked at for water leaking problems and Sean was super kind and fast with searching for the possible issue on the Jeep. I still had warranty on it and he was very helpful about directing/suggestions with the next steps.
