Ordered pizza online, got a half sausage and half pepperoni. Employees working can't read and put all of it on the whole thing in addition to it being a dripping grease pool.Had to get in my car and drive it back to be corrected, completely defeating the point of ordering online. Not picking this store next time.

One of the pumps is leaking diesel and it s all over the concrete around it. There s some absorbent there but it s not doing the job. The diesel on my shoes caused my foot to slip off the clutch pedal while shifting and is now on my floor mat.

I will never deal with this Casey s in fear of the issues as my friend has dealt with due to the incompetent staff Casey s employs. Management and cooperate lie and are of no assistance. They are incapable of owning up to their mistakes and fixing problem. Casey s owes my friend money for his purchase of a Mastercard gift card which he added $50 to. On the receipt he submitted to dispute its total shows $54 was paid; however, the Casey s employee didn t activate the Mastercard; therefore, he paid for nothing. He s been trying to recover his funds for 2 months and now they are saying he may not receive the refund until July. This is ridiculousness! No one should have to go through this for an employee s mistake! I will never shop at a Casey s again after his horrible experience.

Definitely NOT open 24hrs despite being "confirmed by business a week ago" I just drove by at 3:55am and there's not a single light on. Go to jiffy if you need gas in the early morning.

I get that times are tough with staffing shortages. Maybe that was the case and maybe it wasn t. But if someone comes to order at least acknowledge them and let them know you ll be with them. Maybe a little pep in your step. One worker had some pep and one couldn t have cared less.

Staff is always so friendly. Manager is the greatest, always takes care of customers, very professional, makes you smile and makes you want to come back. Good food. Clean store and restrooms. New parking helps. New north sidewalk to close to pumps have to wait for others to move, cannot get around vehicle in front of you.

It took 7 minutes to fill my tank after starting. Arguably the slowest gas pump I've ever used.

Terrible pizza last night. Our taco was practically bare. 5 tomato pieces, a tiny bit of scattered lettuce and very few chips. Big disappointment and not worth the money.

Just ordered a sandwich and a side from this place and the gal in the kitchen was very nice and both the kitchen and cashier had great customer service! You ladies are appreciated!

Came here for breakfast, got a breakfast bowl from the warmer. Purchased it it felt warm, took the lid off and it was cold inside.. Not at all happy

Casey's has very friendly costumer service. The cashier was nice and very welcoming. Great location to visit and shop.

Great service, parking is a little jammed up but the store and workers make up for that as well as the fresh donuts are amazing!!!!

Got the wrong pizza and they won't make it right won't be going back had to throw the pizza away cuz no-one will eat it went to McDonalds instead waisted 30 here
