Do not go looking for a dependable used vehicle. Went to look at a 2014 ford expedition listed as a great family vehicle As I got there they were doing last minute things to the vehicle which was whatever he said they were detailing pictures online did not show the cracked drivers seat. No issues were listed. Tires were almost bald on the truck. The automatic running boards did not work.(he knew this and admitted they didn t work when I brought it up after the drive) Front drivers side did not roll down. The engine had a tick and a manifold leak(exhaust smell like crazy and they had just replaced cam phasers and timing parts) Tons of cosmetic blemishes but that is besides the fact. I pointed out a bunch of issues and salesman seemed fairly annoyed that I was pointing out what they were hiding. Went for a drive. It had a light on for rear parking sensor (not listed) I noticed a bit of rough idle when pulling up to stop lights. I knew then that I was not going to purchase a vehicle from this shady dealer. As SOON as I pulled back into the dealership and parked the vehicle near their shop it died in idle. Started missing like crazy when fired back up. When I got out of the vehicle I let him know about the issues I found and he knew about them already. Just decided not to tell me. I drove a little over an hour to look at this vehicle. When I spoke to Michael on the phone I asked him immediately if there was any issues with the vehicle and he lied directly to me over the phone. I would never recommend this dealership. No warranty so you re screwed when you break down after you leave. I see people in other reviews losing THOUSANDSSS going through this dealership. Steer clear

They seemed to be very friendly... when showing you vehicles. Not so much when discussing anything. Guy that showed us around was so so so intrested in showing us the nice vehicles, but seemed almost pissed when I started I couldn't afford the ones he showed me. The entire vibe from the place is "why are you here if you aren't rich enough to buy the most expensive vehicle here" did not settle on anything due the guys attitude. Straight up just glared at me when I said I wasnt able to afford one of the payment plans he suggested.

Came in on a Tuesday and by Friday I drove the car off the lot! Super kind and helpful, knowledgeable! Marcus worked with me from start to finish. I walked away with zero questions and a very nice clean dream car! 10/10 would recommend.

Everyone there is super helpful and very quick to help with any answers or concerns you may have!!! Came in on a Friday and had my car on Saturday!!! Couldn t ask for a better car or customer service!!! Highly recommend

I submitted my application on a Wednesday and by Saturday I had my new car. Marcus was amazing to work with! He worked late and came in early to make sure I got an amazing vehicle. My grandma, mom, and sister/brother in law have all gotten vehicles from him. He s a joy to work with and makes the process easy. We had a lot of laughs in his office. He s great!! 10/10 I highly recommend.

Will not give you a "today's price" through email, even though it's one of their posted contact choices. Makes you wonder what they're hiding when all other dealerships post prices on their website

Thanks to Marcus, Bill, and Mike, My daughter is walking away with a new vehicle today. They helped us find the perfect car in Two days. He also helped get the best deals with the lowest prices. All the cars we looked were nice and in good shape but they really helped find the perfect one.

Great work place, great people. Very patient and understanding. I m a first time car buyer and they were patient with what I wanted and helped me find the car that best suited me. Marcus is a very good car dealer and he was on top of everything that i wanted from interior to exterior. I enjoyed working with this business and I would definitely come again for future car purchases.

I walked in and told them what I wanted. They gave me a call back in less than 24hrs and went to see what they found for me. I ended up leaving that day with exactly what I asked for. Shortly after we went and got my hubby a vehicle. We are both so happy with our purchases that both our children went and got vehicles as well. Great place and best of all the people who work there are amazing. They really care a great deal for everyone and anyone who come in.

Marcus was very helpful. They made sure everything was good on my Jeep. Everyone that works here are very friendly and I will be coming back if I get another vehicle. So if you need a new vehicle this is where you need to go.

I highly recommend calling and speaking with Marcus. He worked all day back and forth on the phone and had me in a car by the time I got off work. Speedy, friendly and great sense of humor. He demonstrated top notch customer service. Truly a great guy.

I filled out a credit application online on New Years Eve. On Sunday 1/2/22 Marcus contacted me. On 1/3/22, I drove up from Missouri and Marcus was very patient and worked all day to get me in the truck I wanted and bought. He is a great guy.

Hassle-free experience, excellent staff and Adam sold me the car I ve been looking for but didn t know I wanted. They took care of me in the best way and got me an unbelievable interest rate. This is the only car dealership you should consider. Ask for Adam! 5 stars all day, baby!

Purchased a $30,000 Truck from this place, 2 weeks later the entire brake system had to be replaced. All down hill from there. Took it to get serviced, they found 3 manifold bolts missing, the oil pump was full of metal, the list goes on and on. Over $10,000 worth of repairs. The engine is completely shot. This truck should have never been on the road. After calling Carrikers, they immediately tried to sell me a new truck, sent a credit application out to several banks without my permission, wouldn't take any responsibility for the truck I bought, and won't answer any of my phone calls. Stay away from this place!!

Marcus and the guys are great. Told them what I was looking for and they did the leg work. Called me back for a test drive and they filled out the paperwork and all I had to do was read and sign. Couldn t ask for a less painful experience.

I will never buy another vehicle here. Said they would fix my heated seat, never did and now power steering went out 4 months from purchase and won t help either. Called and emailed multiple times with no response or actions. PATHETIC BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

Marcus Tucker is very professional and curtious when buying a vehicle. Last Saturday we bought my husband a truck and today we bought an SUV. He went that extra mile to find just the right vehicles for us. We can t thank him enough. I would highly recommend Carriker Auto Outlet.
