After hitting a deer and totalling our truck, the owner, Tim picked us up within 15 minutes of calling. Very helpful and polite with giving us local contacts for getting us back on our travels as fast as possible. Good guy! Thanks again Tim!

Really wanted to give a good review. Asked if the vehicle I was buying would pass a safety inspection and they told me yes and if not to let them know and they would make it right. Well, it didn't pass so I called to let them know.Got the run around and now ignoring my calls and messages. I guess I bite the bullet and pay the 300 to get it to pass.

I called this company to get a tow from Orient to Grimes. I was so glad they were available to do it as I was not having much luck finding a closer tow company that could do a long tow. He did call the first day he was suppose to do it and cancelled because of unforeseen issues at his shop which was understandable and he informed me he could do it the next day first thing in the morning. He showed up at 10. He had a issue getting a good angel and hit the neighbors picnic table and didn't say anything about hitting it to me. But when the neighbor called him to settle this issue (the table got damaged) he told my neighbor he didn't hit anything. So I've taken pictures of damages and the tire marks in the snow from his tow truck that go right to the table.Its disrespectful (and illegal) to damage someone's property and not take accountability for the damages you cause when the proof is right there. Needless to say we will not be calling this company ever again.

More than helpful after my vehicle was totalled by a meth addict attemptung to outrun the police. Allowed me to come back directly to gather my leftover belongings.
