I was on my way to Missouri for a hunting trip and blew a high pressure fuel line on my truck and reached out to these guys for a tow! Not only were they very helpful and courteous they were very quick to get me going again! I was able to continue on with a friend and they made sure my truck was ready to go on my way home from Missouri! Top notch service and employees were awesome! Thanks again!

I had a cylinder 1 misfire on my way to Utah. These guys did everything in their power to help me. Unfortunately I was stuck for 2 days but these guys worked tirelessly to make sure I was able to get back on the road asap and safely. Super nice people working there and they really do just want to help you.

Stranded by a dead battery and battery connections, the dealership provided excellence in service, very professional overall. We were traveling with a truck we just picked up in Kansas and heading to our home in Minnesota. The entire staff were outstanding in giving us comfort and getting us on our way.

The staff is very helpful. Jenniffer started it off with helping me get to the correct person so I could order a part. Dustin helped me get the correct part ordered. When I arrived to either pick up my part or have it put in my car, Dustin, Kyle and Kevin were very helpful and encouraging about me being capable of replacing this part myself. I usually have routine maintenence done, but it wasn't time today. Thank you very much for all the help from Fleetside Ford in Osceola. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely return for repair and maintenance needs for my car.

Excellent Ford Dealer. Terry spec'd and was able to get my truck in a timely manner, even during this chip shortage. He kept me informed and even picked me from the airport to deliver my vehicle. I highly recommend Fleetside Ford.

Purchased a F150 lightning from Fleetside since they had the specific trim that I was looking forward. I was an out of state buyer, and Terry and Jim coordinated the whole process without any issues. Above all they were very professional and enjoyable to work with, keeping me updated every step of the way. Would highly recommend!

I want to share my appreciation to Ford Fleetside of Osceola, IA. I, my sister and my mother that was in a wheelchair was stranded and they rescued us quickly. They went above and beyond to help us and made what could have been a horrible, miserable event quite easy. They were so kind, pleasant and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone. My 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid decided to suddenly not want to stay started and then wouldn't turn over (luckily I was at home). I called Fleetside as they were closest to my home in New Virginia. Jennifer (I hope I have your name right!) was extremely helpful and let me set up dropping off my car that evening after work to be looked at the next day (we managed to get it started again). I dropped it off at 4:00 pm and Dustin managed to get it looked at yet that evening and diagnosed that the 12 volt lithium ion battery had failed (thank goodness it wasn't the hybrid one!) before their service department closing time. They called around the next morning to acquire the specialty battery and were able to get it in the following business day. Thank you Jennifer and Dustin for the help - it was truly, truly appreciated and took a huge worry off my shoulders!!

My 2022 Fleetwood bounder on a Ford F 53 chassis had a leak in the pinion seal. It s not even 1 year old and a few prior Ford dealers didn t feel comfortable with the warranty repair. Well I called Dustin at Fleetside Ford in Osceola Iowa,and he went above and beyond and got my repair scheduled and then completed under warranty with no hassles.These people are the real deal in service and I highly recommend them.Dr Hoyt

My vehicle has been serviced there many times and only once did we have an issue! And that was resolved with management making a phone call. They work with my schedule to get my car and bring it back to me while I work and it s great to have a local dealer!

I am so thankful for the excellent service provided by FleetSide Ford. They came out and installed a new battery in my RV during frigid temperatures (unfortunately that wasn't the issue). After waiting 3 days for towing services (the delay was not their fault), they turned it around in just a few hours so that I could get back on the road. All deserve praise for their excellent customer service and, in particular, Jennifer was very kind and responsive to my multiple inquiries. I highly recommend FleetSide Ford. Thank you all!

All I can say is WOW!! We could have not been any happier or treated any better. We had our van towed into the shop after our local shop was unable to fix it. From the start they were great at communicating with us. They called us though each step in the process to make sure we were aware of what was going on with the van and to approve the work. They were very kind, answered all questions and explained things so I could understand.They are definitely a wonderful shop to deal with!! We highly recommend these guys!!!

A recall/fix of a transmission linkage bushing wasn't done properly where I usually service my 2016 Edge (Ames Ford). That left me stranded the next day at 3:00 pm at the I-35 rest stop just outside of Osceola. Within 20 minutes of a friendly call to Jessica at Fleetside Ford a serviceman had immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to repair it on site. I was on the road again within an hour, instead of staying at a hotel for the night as I expected. The best possible scenario considering what happened! Thank you Fleetside!!!

Fleetside Ford was very helpful and courteous in fixing my car in an emergency breakdown on highway. Jennifer was very helpful in getting the repairs down so we could continue our trip to the Mayo Clinic. i am so ever grateful and thankful.10 stars if i could. Mechanic is awesome and knowledgeable. We were traveling 1200 miles for work from CO to MI. The company f150 had experiencedAn issue with remaining running upon idle and decreased fuel economy. We had searched for a Ford service center and headed to FleetSide Ford LLC upon opening. Even though they were booked fairly heavily, they diagnosed the problem and solved the problem within 45 minutes. They truly care about their customers and are a 5 star service center. Thank you so much for your assistance!

I've bought my last 3 trucks from Terry - the new owner of Fleetside Ford. I got a very good deal on a really nice truck. I've bought 2 used and 1 new vehicle from Terry and always got great service after the sale. Very ethical Businessman that has always listed to what I needed and treated me fairly.

The crew at Fleetside Ford are fantastic and provide superior customer service! While traveling on a Sunday, our Ford van needed immediate service. We e-mailed the dealership from their website (on Sunday) and we received a very quick response from the OWNER! That was impressive. The dealership and staff were kind enough to get us in to service at 8:00 a.m. Monday morning; our van was fixed promptly and we were on the road again within an hour or less. GREAT EXPERIENCE and a huge thank you to everyone at Fleetside Ford. Jim and Jan

Our truck went into limp mode and we got stranded on the side of the highway while towing our 43ft boat. We called Fleetside Ford and Terry and Jeff came and rescued us , they towed our vehicle and brought another truck to get our boat back to the shop. Also gave us a car so we could find a place to sleep for the night. They were so kind and knowledgeable , we really are so very grateful for them. Above and Beyond service! WOW! What a venture. My son and I do ALL our own mechanical work, cars, trucks, gasoline and diesel. We purchased an older Ford E250 van in Sept and it needed much work to get it in tip top shape. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to work on it so we asked around where the best place to take it for specific work like drive train, front end, etc. What a costly ordeal it was finding out who DIDN'T do quality work. Three big names in DSM you would surely recognize. Wasted money and time only to find out that the mechanical team who crushed it was right in our own "back yard" at Fleetside. Vehicle vibration, gone. Engine misfire, gone. Vacuum leak, gone. They nailed it! The team is very customer friendly, accommodating and KNOWLEDGEABLE! They're now our first stop with anything mechanical, period! Can't recommend them enoughRob and Mitch Mayhew

What a nice experience! I had been searching for a used truck outside the "rust belt" for over 2 months. Being a long distance buyer it's difficult to trust what you "see and hear" while searching the web. Terry and the team at Fleetside worked hard to build trust offering many extra pictures of the vehicle helping me gain the much needed confidence to enter in price discussions. This team even had the confidence and honesty to drive the vehicle 400 miles north for the final transaction! A fair price combined with honesty directly from the owner (Terry). I suspect the same attitude and values are shared in the entire dealership. Terry has my respect :)

Great customer care! Had a car engine issue late Friday afternoon on our way from Des Moines to Kansas City and randomly stopped at Fleetside Ford at Osceola. The staff went out of their way in analysis of the issue, getting parts and getting us back on the road. The care and service was way above expectations!!!

Bought a vehicle and came down 3.5 hours away to buy on the same day. They had everything ready to go for us when we showed up. They didn t try to up-sell us any extras and got us back on our way right away. By far the easiest car buying experience we ve had in the last 20 + years.
