Great and friendly service. Towed my vehicle within minutes of calling, and diagnosed the problem just as quickly. Unfortunately the car had to be junked, but they allowed me to keep it on their property until I could have it hauled away. These guys were a life saver! Myself and 2 other buddies were in desperate need of tires! These guys pulled it off with no BS! Gave us a great price on new tires and we re on the road within a few hours. Can t thank these Iowa boys enough! Between these guys taking care of us and a referral from another shop these guys pulled it off! Thanks guys we were able to make it home in one piece!!

Was stuck on the side of the interstate and Cory worked with state troopers to allow him to tow my car back to his shop during a tow ban. He got the problem fixed in a short period and did not overcharge. Great shop, great work, and even better people. Very happy with my experience

I strongly recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of a tow or mechanic services in this area. Fabulous owner and service! My truck broke down at the Pilot and initially called another service who left my truck there unlocked with the keys in it for 2 days. Cory with East Side Auto stepped up and took care of my truck as well as my driver immediately, getting my driver back on the road as quick as he possibly could! Top notch service with integrity and values that is hard to find these days! Need help, call this East Side Auto before you call anyone else! (DO NOT call Dusto's 24/7 Tow!)

If you are in need of new tires this is the place to go. Ask for Cory. I've got an 07 Yukon that needed new shoes and Cory was recommended to me by a friend. After comparing prices from East Side Auto in Osceola to all the tire shops in Des Moines, Cory at East Side Auro came in more than $20 /per tire cheaper. I was able to get 4 new Mudd tires mounted and balanced for under $800. Am more than pleased with the tires and service I recieved. I will be a return customer again when I need tires and recommend these guts to all my friends.
