Brian was interested in a Toyota FJ Cruiser I had for sale at my place of business. We had spoken about him coming to look at it when he had time. On 3-8-2018 he called to tell my coworker that he would be leaving to head our way at 1:30 in the afternoon. I had spoken to another customer about the same vehicle earlier that day too and they had called to tell me they were headed my way as well. I called Brian at 1:15 to tell him to hold off on coming because I was fairly certain they were going to buy the vehicle and I did't want him to waste all his time driving here if they vehicle was going to be sold and no longer here. When I called Brian he said he was already 40 minutes into his drive but he was going to turn around. I then told him I would give him an update if they bought the vehicle or not. They did end up buying so I called to give him the update. When I told him he was very rude and told me that I "didn't keep my word" and then proceeded to give me a 1 star google review. I feel as I went above and beyond to prevent him from wasting his time.

I was having car problems & I had to look last minute for help & I ended up here . They couldn't fix my car obviously, but one guy in particular ( forgot his name :c ) took the time to look at my car anyway, told me what was wrong & gave me advice on how to go about getting it fixed . Kind of a life saver he was .If I ever in the future need auto body repairs, this is the place I'd come to :) . Very informative.

Staff is very friendly . Went to rent a car til mine was fixed and I had no problem. Price is so better than Enterprise. I will for sure return to this place

The local police had my truck towed on a sunday and it had only sat there for 1.t hrs. Elite is who towed it and they came down on a sunday and only charged me 60.00 to tow it.

Great body shop to get your car back like new. Attention to every detail. I wouldn't want any one else to work on my vehicles.

I had a window broke out, and they held it in my shop and helped me with it until my insurance was about to get to it! They held it for 3 weeks! Awesome people.

Got a chip in my windshield. They were able to fix it with in 45 minutes without having an appointment. Very friendly people!
