Great place, but they don't call when your order is in. But they will ship it back in 5 days if you don't pick it up!!

One of the best places in town to get your parts. Usually have what you need and when you need it. Otherwise, very knowledgeable about getting the part you need. Great service on rotor and drum resurfacing if you are doing brake jobs. The O'Reilly app and being a member helps if your battery or part breaks prematurely, the warrantee is already in the system and you can get a low cost or free replacement. This has been very helpful to me in the past. Also tools you might need in a pinch. And a friendly bunch behind the counter.

Thank you for letting us borrow tools 10 mins before closing to fix an emergency fix. We appreciate it. Driving half the country and hearing the truck sound like a hot rod/motorcycle wasn't planned lol

Knowledgeable/helpful staff, but prices for oil and/or filters way higher than down the street @ Bomgaars. Very disappointed that I had go back and ask them to match. I will be going Bomgaars first from now on. Makes me wonder about other parts. $1.50 difference on quarts of oil.

Very poor customer service. I ordered a fuel pump and was promised it would be there 2 days later. It wasn't. Re-ordered, still never came. A 3rd time, I ordered the pump, never came. Ended up ordering it online from ROCK AUTO got it in 2 days. Just for fun, I called and Oriellys STILL dont have the pump I ordered lol. Tried again, ordered a caliper bracket, was promised it next day... nope, didn't come... will be ordering from ROCK AUTO from now on. Too bad, I bought a LOT of parts form them

Waaaaaay to high priced Advance Auto a little cheaper but I now buy mostly on eBay now way cheaper unless I need warranty forget this place
