We are super thankful for the service we receive when we take our vehicles to Merle's. The staff is incredibly kind and efficient. Our cars are always done in a quick manner and they are very fairly priced. I highly recommend this auto shop!

I came to town for work. Had some truck problems. Called to see about looking at my truck as I lived a couple hours away. I didn't know what else to do. They said it would be a little bit but would help me out and get to me as soon as possible. Within an hour they looked at it and had my problem figured out. I had no idea what I was going to do otherwise. Small town and panic mode for me... Merle's really came thru. I give them 120% credit. Keep them in mind when u need work done on your vehicle! Totally came thru for me. Thanks for the quick and reliable service! Appreciate it so much!Dusty Rolando

Exceptional service, faie pricing. And quality work!i called Merle's Auto after another shop in town took advantage of me and not only could they get me in immediately. The bill was hundreds less than this other shop. My only regret is not going to Merle's first like my gut told me to. Ill only be trusting my vehicles at Merle's Auto from now on!

Awesome experience with Merle s! Had plenty issues with car and they fixed them right up with great costs and friendly help. Was stranded on the highway with a over-heated car but Merle s sent out a worker to help free of charge, also lending me a loaner car to use while my car was getting fix. Thanks so much!

Fantastic service and good quality work. I can always trust these folks to tell me what needs to be done, and only what needs to be done. Never an upsell, only an honest diagnosis and honest work. I've taken my vehicles elsewhere a few time when I had to and twice I just didn't think what they were telling me sounded quite right. Took it here for a second opinion, got the problem completely fixed, and saved hundreds.

I'm not one that writes reviews but this Company deserves the best review..There staff went way over what they needed to do ...They spent hours looking for the parts I needed and were so personable and professional...I will not be taking any of my cars but to them..I dont impress easily and I can't believe the service ..the great prices and I just can't say enough about how great the experience was for me..I would highly recommend this Company for. all your car needs ..Kellie KopplinService: Engine repair

Literally drove almost an hour because they were the cheapest to mount and balance my tires. Everywhere else was $22+ and Merle's charged $18 per tire very happy with the work they do.

Fantastic shop and crew, took my Fiat in with broken panels underneath as the result of running over a raccoon carcass. Repairs were done in a very short time. Nice friendly employees, who should be proud of their total customer satisfaction.

We were on our way to help clean up post-storm in Cedar Rapids and broke down in Oelwein. Although his schedule was full, John took the time to pull us to his business, provide me tools and assistance, locate a part for me, and make sure we were back on the road in a very short time period. He went above and beyond expectations. If you're ever in need of assistance, I would highly recommend. They are nothing short of excellence.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had work done at a different auto service shop that was bad I took my car to Merle's and was treated with kindness and the problem was fixed. Very reasonably priced, friendly people! I would definitely recommend them for future service andI will definitely take my car's back there.

I went there a couple years back and they turned out to be the cheapest place alwithinva hour to get tires mounted and balanced. Very satisfied with the way they let me witness the work done. 5/5 would don't again.

They are reasonably cheap on there parts and great service.friendly environment i would recommend them for towing oil changes and fixing your cars they are awesome

Love taking my car to merles so friend fast and all around fun everyone is very polite and it is a very good atmosphere and very enjoyable they remember who you are and have amazing deals and prices why go anywhere else

Charged $50 to fix a window and use double sided tape. And wont stand behind it what a joke. If your gonna fix something do it the right way.
