Saved my Thanksgiving vacation!!Came home from Tennessee to see family and car had issues . Low oil pressure. They reached out and said they could take a look at it. Took it at 8 in the morning and they had done and fixed by 11am! And it was very affordable!Happy Thanksgiving! Thanks for taking care of my family!

We had an excellent experience in purchasing our 2022 Chevy Silverado. It was well worth the 2 hour drive! The sales rep, finance manager, and sales manager were all excellent to work with. The entire experience was hassle free and we will definitely be back to purchase our next vehicle!!! I would definitely recommend Birdnow Dealership to friends!

When it's time for a NEW or GENTLY owned Truck Birdnow Chev. In Oelwein is the place to go.I just got my Chev.Silveradothere and have only bought from Mark and his sons for over 30 years.The people are exceptional from sales to the "MONEY MAN DAVE.When looking for a "new " addition to your Garage make sure BIRDNOW is the place!!!!!!!!

Jeremy and his team are great to work with and helped me help my wife find a vehicle she loves. She doesn't like car sales people so I do the negotiating and talking to them. She loves her new 2022 Equinox and Birdnow was patient but persistent. We will definitely buy from them again.

So thrilled with our New to us 2014 Buick Enclave. We purchased it in March. Jeremy was quick to find us what we needed. We put on a lot of miles, so I'm thankful Cary showed me how we could save money on oil changes & other goodies with a Service Plan. Plus he made the Finance process very clear. Brad & Ian in the shop take care of us when we need oil changed or I hear a noise. Eric & his team take care of all of our vehicles like their own. Huge shout out to Andy for suggesting the Weather Tech floor mats!

Highly recommend Birdnow - purchased a new Buick Encore GX Preferred yesterday from James! Easiest vehicle purchase we have made period! Told them what we wanted, James went to work, and he and Cary stayed late for me to stop in and fill out the paperwork and drive it home! They took care of everything for us. So easy to work with and accommodating! Keep up the great work and thanks again James and Cary!

I drove 3 hours to purchase a 2500 HD from Birdnow because there was nothing available around the Des Moines area. John was our salesman, and he was great to work with. Fast and easy exchange!

Great employees in parts and service... new and used vehicle pricing in my opinion is exorbitant. I just rarely even look there anymore. Frankly des moines is 2 hours away and i can pay full price there and still come out ahead. I'd really love to do business local but at some point i am literally priced out of the market locally.

The whole buying experience couldn't have been easier. I took my old truck in to trade on a 2013 Town & Country. I did my research online, and then James helped me once I arrived at the dealership. Cary, the business manager worked up great terms with a great rate and absolutely no pressure. I would definitely recommend! Thank you, Birdnow!

Cary and the rest of the staff took excellent care of me!I had a bad experience at a large dealership that resulted in frustration and not purchasing a vehicle. I called to find out if Birdnow Motor Trade had the make and model I wanted. (They did!) John talked me through the features I wanted, and called the next day to confirm that the vehicle was ready for me to test drive as soon as I could get there. Because John was taking excellent care of another customer when I arrived, Cary jumped in immediately and took me for a test drive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!Cary is extremely knowledgeable about vehicles; he answered every question I had, and made a point to highlight features that will personalize my driving experience. Additionally, he made a true effort to get to me on a personal level, instead of treating me like another face in the crowd.Danny walked me through the financial aspect of the purchase. Because I could not get to the lot until after work, we didn't finish up until nearly two hours after they close. I appreciate that he stayed late for me, ensuring that I wouldn't have to come back the next day to finish up everything.By the end of the process, I was able to drive off the lot in my new (to me) 2015 Buick Encore knowing I got the best deal possible and feeling like I was treated like family.

I purchased my 2019 Buick Encore last Thursday from John Friedrich at Birdnow Motor Trade. He has been my salesman for years and he is the best. He goes over and above to make sure I find the right vehicle for me. He is honest and so helpful. Birdnow Motor Trade is where I will always go to purchase my cars. I always have my service work done there and have had to use the body shop. I give 5 stars to John, 5 stars to Birdnow Motor Trade, 5 stars to the service dept. and 5 stars to the body shop. Thank you John for your many years of helping me!

Another amazing experience with your service department. Hope you know what a great guy you have in Eric! I sent my daughter with my car due to illness in the family and called ahead to let Eric know. Ended up bawling to him on the phone and he was so very kind and compassionate. Sent a note back with my daughter letting me know what condition everything else was in on my car. I'd never go anywhere else! My uncle comes all the way from Wisconsin even for the simplest car service. Four generations of us now, all coming to Oelwein Birdnow. I recommend you to everyone, even my co-workers in Waterloo.

We recently purchased a new 2018 Ford Escape at Birdnow Motors in Oelwein, Iowa. It was indeed a good experience. We dealt with Cary Casteel, and throughout the entire process I felt we were treated fairly and with respect. We met Jeremy Birdnow, as well as the folks in their service and parts area upon taking possession of the car. After that 'meet and greet', I felt all the more confident we'll be taken care of in the event of a warranty claim or service required after the warranty period expires. Over the years, this is the fourth vehicle we've purchased through Birdnow in Oelwein (3 new, 1 used), and every experience has been positive. It's our intent to continue doing business with them, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone else in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I bought my Chevy at Birdnow and love it! I drove over 2 hours to purchase my vehicle and was well worth it! Patty Coleman is a great sales rep she was more then willing to assist me through every step as she was very informative and went above and beyond to get me the best deal. I left a very happy customer and will surely be there again for all of my future car purchases!

I was very pleased with the service I got today from Eric. Just bought a vehicle from a private seller, but saw that it had a recall, as it turned out there were two (one I didn't see). He had the repairs done quickly and even cleaned my car! I will definitely be coming back in the future. I was thrilled with the service from him.

Jeremy, Justin and the whole Birdnow team were so awesome to work with!! Jeremy definitely put the man hours trying to track down just the right vehicle for me. After a very unique experience they definitely took care of me (and my family) by making sure I had a vehicle while my new one was being ordered. Birdnow is amazing! We hit a deer with our 2018 Chevy Impala and they got our car done very quickly! Definitely recommend them for auto body work! We will most definitely purchase a vehicle there too at some point! Thanks Jeremy and Steve!
