I would recommend Quality Car Care to anyone. They do a thorough job and let you know anything that needs to be fixed or replaced. They do not pressure you to come back or add unnecessary problems. They are very caring and friendly. It took all day because they had a mechanic absent that day. The last time I was there they were done before I was even ready to go home. I used a loaner and it drove smoothly. I couldn t figure out how to get the gas cap off to replace the gas I used and called for help. They returned my call as soon as possible, but the attendant at the station had already helped me. I was even given a free box of Girl Scout cookies! Last time was before Christmas and I was gifted homemade holiday cookies.

I can t recommend quality car care enough. They were so helpful, direct and thorough. They walked me through everything without being pushy on work that needed done. I definitely will be a customer from here on out.

Quality Car Care is where I take all my vehicles! I trust that I can go there and not worry about things being added that do not need fixed. They do a full inspection and inform me of what needs to done and what will need to be done in time, such as brakes, tires things like that. They also provide either a ride to/from work or home or a loaner! Overall they do great quality work and get in time in a timely fashion I highly recommend!

I trust Quality Csre. I have a friend drive to get and pick me up, I wouldn't go that far if I didn't trust the mechanic. I really like them and the work they do. I would give them 5 stars but I actually never do that to anyone because I believe there is always space for improvement but I am happy with Quality Care and their service and highly recommend them.

I don't recommend anyone bring their car here ! Had some lights on, on my car (brake light, ABS, and traction light) I dropped it off at 8 in the morning and was told they'd look at it/inspect it by 11-12. I had to call at 1 because I still hadn't heard from them and they still hadn't worked on it because they were down a person. Okay understandable. By the time they called me it was 3 and said they needed to do more digging and thorough inspection even though they should've been done with the first diagnostics. They were done at 5.They charged $200 for the inspection and lied to me about what was wrong with my car. They said the brake master cylinder needed to be replaced and quoted us $850+!!!! Then had the audacity to tell me that the price of $857 was only good for that day and it'll be more if I decide to have them fix it/come back. WHY would I even come back if you don't honor your prices?!I got a second opinion and they said it was a sensor issue and just plugged in the piece for the brake master cylinder!! Nothing is wrong with it. Feels like they left it unplugged to make something go wrong with our car. Which is so disgusting. I have twins and just imagining something going wrong with the car while driving is a nightmare. The car is only a 2018. So around almost 6 years old. This place was willing to take our money for something that didn't need to be fixed! I am so disgusted and disappointed that they wasted my time and money.The loaner they gave me was in really poor condition as well. It was full when I got it and I don't live that far away and they still required me to gas up the car even with it still having a full tank. Stay away from this place! They're so greedy and it seems like they'll mess up your car/sabotage it to try and get you to bring it back. They're the WORST car place I've EVER been to. So glad we got a 2nd opinion! If I could give zero stars, I would!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Even though they were down a staff member and were fully booked, they would work me in if I was able to leave my car. They were willing to take me back to my house, I lived close by, and would call hihlyand come puck me back up after they got finished. I would highly recommend!!!!

Friendly, competent. They don't suggest unnecessary repairs and honestly indicate things that should be done and when. I live close and with only one car, it is nice they drop me off at home and pick me up when the service is done.

Quality car care is a great place and the only place I will go in the Corridor area. Their service is second to none. They go the extra mile and provide pick up and drop off which I really appreciate it. They are flexible and willing to work with their customers. They provide a great service and have / would recommend them to anyone interested.

Quality Car Care is the only place we take our vehicles for repairs. They are honest, have been there for us when we needed them, provide 'peace of mind' checks to help us keep our vehicles in good condition, and they really listen to their customers - we highly recommend Quality Car Care!

I've had continued business at Quality for a couple years now and even with prices going up, I've still stuck with them. They are as thorough as it gets, the report I get in a text link makes it easy for someone like me who doesn't know a ton about cars to understand, and Alex as the front man in the office always kills it and is incredibly knowledgeable which I love since that's the guy I talk first-hand to when I'm dropping off and picking up. The free courtesy car really sells it that way I don't have to miss work or grab a loaner just for an oil change.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Very kind people. Might be a little pricey but definitely do the job right . You get what you pay for type of business. Quality inspections with real time updates of issues. I m amazed overall very happy with how this went down. Could even pick my vehicle up after hours and also pay through a link. They got us in the next day also when other places said about a week for waiting times. Your process was easy to use for both review of recommendations for repair and for setting the cost of service. The recommended service appears to be right on as the car has started even with the extremely cold weather.

They broke our tire and then lied about it. After an inspection here we noticed the bolts; not lug nuts, bolts literally falling off our tire. Luckily I noticed before the tire fell off and caused an accident. When we called to get it taken care of we were told that they still have footage of them working on our cars weeks later and that it doesn t show them doing any damage but when I requested to see the footage no one could provide it. I even emailed the manager and they just never got back to me. Then they quoted us over $500 to fix the bolts. We had it towed to Linder Tire and they did the whole thing for about $100. Don t get your work done here. They will break your stuff, not take accountability and over charge you to fix their mistake.

We have used Quality Car Care for our business fleet of vehicles for the last couple years. They always go above and beyond with our trucks and vans and keep our employees out on the road to better take care of our customers. They are always honest and upfront on what needs to be repaired and the things we should be aware of but don't need to be fixed right away. They are great with scheduling and even dropping our vehicles off to the shop when we can't break free to come and get them. Every employee that I have dealt with has been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I went for an oil change, they did a vehicle inspection and said that I had multiple oil leaks and quoted me at approximately 2 grand. I said heck no, and decided to sell the car. Well, turns out I needed the car so after 2 months of not using it I went to get a second opinion. Turns out I had two MINOR oil leaks quoted at $500. If you absolutely need an oil change, I have no complaints about that, but ABSOLUTELY get a second opinion when they tell you you have a problem with your car, I wouldn't trust this shop one bit, and I will NOT be returning EVER.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

They are always quick and efficient and by far have the best pricing for the work they do out there. Very much a straightforward attitude with what s necessary or things to consider. They ve saved me many dollars and many headaches and I can always get in quickly!

I ve known the owner if this shop ever since 2016 when I drove tow truck in north liberty. Since then I ve only had him do a few odd jobs for me on vehicles but I will say he s a straight forward guy that is honest and does good work. My wife and I recently bought a home in this area and now that we live in this area I can t wait to start having him be my #1 go to repair shop. He gets busy and sometimes you have to schedule out for repairs however of course this happens when a shop is good at what they do.

Went to them bc I wasn t sure if my battery or alternator was dead (just the battery).Pro:- They got me in and out on the same day, which I REALLY appreciated!- The staff was INCREDIBLY friendly!- They kept me updated on the service and quoted me the price beforehand.- They did NOT try to up-sell me on anything.Con:- I felt like they were kind of expensive, but I haven t had my car worked on before, so maybe what they charged was a competitive price.

100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$ HERE!!!!! I'm not usually a bad reviewer & take this very serious because of how it can affect a business. On July 26th-I was told I would be able to get my car into their shop the next day if I could get it there that night - so I paid $265 to have it towed 1.6miles after hours & it wasn't even seen the 1st time until a few days later. I have the tow receipt w/dates, the shop invoice with work declines, screenshots of txts & phone call logs with notes that I took right after I talked to them every time to back me up on everything. They just kept trying to push to upcharge me by $4,308 for things that were fine but Might go bad at some point that i declined. I got my invoice & they still Did Not take off the Inspection fee they said they would for $198.62 because they had pushed my repair back twice . I had it towed there July 26 & just received it back Aug 17th. I am very unhappy with the price & the length of time they took to get it taken care of. DO NOT go to this shop. They will take way longer & charge you way more than they should on both. Have tried to reason with Manager, but they will not work with me on price. $1,700 was NOT what I was told when I got my 1st & 2nd estimates. Communication was horrible. Deadlines came & went 3 times without resolution. The last part they replaced, I was told would be done in 5 days - I finally called them myself 9 days later & was told part was there & car would be in the shop the next day. Again - I have proof for all this. This was 23 days in at this point. I asked for $$ to be taken off to make up for having it for 23 days & they took off $14. Lol. I feel like I paid way more than I should have for them to throw parts at it & HOPE that it worked & then just keep charging me. I am a proud Army Veteran & feel very strongly that I was taken advantage of because I m from a couple hrs out of town. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$ HERE!!! I look forward to hearing back from them if they see this & hope they will they make it right - but so far - this whole experience has been a Tragic Comedy .

I've been to Quality Car Care twice in the last 6 months. Called the dealer about the battery in my Ford Fusion and they never called back. Got it replaced and returned for routine maintenance. Everyone at Quality Car Care is super nice and helpful. They are accommodating to the customer's needs with respect to service scheduling, drop-off/pick-up, and shuttle service. The employees, technicians, and mechanics at Quality Car Care are always so kind and professional anytime I come in or call. I appreciate how up front and honest they are about their pricing and services compared to other options in the area. I first worked with Dave and Quality Car Care back in 2015 when I believe he was the only person in the shop. I had a Chevy Uplander with power steering problems. Dave's quote was half of his competitors, and the work was done better than expected. Dave is no longer the only one in his shop which shows the quality of his work. The Uplander is no longer in my posession, but as I have owned other cars, Quality Car Care is the ONLY shop that will ever get my business. I have always received exceptional service and fantastic pricing. On occasion when they did not feel equipped to complete the work, they referred me to a service shop they trusted. I would only go to someone Quality Car Care recommended. Extremely helpful. Was able to squeeze my daughter in to get her wipers fixed before the storm coming. Very easy to work with. Reasonable prices. I live an hour from my daughter so I was able to make payment over the phone. I moved to North Liberty from MA four months ago, my former mechanic inform me I should replace my brake rotors and pads. So after a wide range of comparisons, Quality Car Care is the one.Great service and reasonable price, absolutely deserve five stars. I did my front brake replacement and oil change in this center. I emailed Quality Car Care to request a quote before I drop in, Alex was very helpful, willing to help me check the brake price and give a�detailed estimated grand total, so I know how much it will cost me. Sometimes an auto repair can be challenging, and you don't know how much money you end up paying, but Quality Car Care made the process relaxing and smooth, know their price ahead of time, schedule appointments, and in&out within 2 hrs.If my car needs repair or service, I'll choose this shop again without a doubt.Services: Auto brake repair, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change
