Do NOT buy your car batteries here. We got one won't start car have to jump it to get it to work every time. So we bought a different battery somewhere else and car starts right up. They will not return or replace the battery because they say it tests just fine on there end. Also we paid for the 2 year warranty so that makes it even worse that they won't help.

Fast Friendly Service. The employees were very helpful inregards to questions about oil changes and tire repairs.The cost was affordable and the wait wasnt to terribly long.

He helped me find proper oil for my lawnmower. He went to the garden center to help me find what I needed. He also helped me find a measuring tape. Very kind and helpful

Getting in and getting service has never been an issue with these guys. They're always friendly and happy to help. Never had an issue with their service, either! They've taken good care of my cars over the past few years.

I have called this location 3 times in the last 6 months every time getting we are too busy to look at your tire. All we needed was a tire repai. Last time I went up and there was not a car in any bay for the 45 minutes my wife and I were there shopping. On top of that the person I talked to all three time was short and seemed to bothered I called at all. Will not go back to this location again. I will drive out of my way and pay more for a garage that seems to give any resemblance of customer satisfaction concern.Service: Tires

It was terrible!! Guy who finally answered phone 10 mins after they opened was very quiet and impossible to understand and hung up before I was finished talking to him.

They do wonderful work here. May God truly bless and keep the patient employees who through no fault of their own must deal with unpleasant people with a chip on their shoulder. These customers deserve our prayers, out of mercy and love.

Worst service ever...took almost 2 hours for oil change & tire rotation; cashier called me lyer and argued w me over $5 fee. I had to call another Walmart to verify information. Very RUDE customer service and Lisa treated me terribly. Was told vehicle was done when it wasnt. HORRIBLE!!!!

We used the auto care center in Newton Iowa and received excellent service and the best part is our tires weren't tightened with a rattle gun. Instead they were done to spec.

I live in grinnell I forgot my rim I was about 6 or 7 miles outside of town and I called them the gentlemen I spoke with told me I had till 530 to be there by,I arrived there around 501 they had my tire already to go for me wheni got there the gentleman that checked me in was amazing I had a lil bit of shopping to do and when I got back there my car was done 530 I will use them again very quick service and very understandingService: Tires

I'm currently here at 4:33 pm on Sunday July 7th. I got here at 2 pm where I had bought to new tires to be installed. I was assured that this wouldn't take long they had only one car in the bay. The man who brought my car in went to break as soon as we got here so that was 30mins down time noone viewed my vehicle within this down time when he came back he proceeded to work on the vehicle that was here before mine rightfully so no problem rolling into an hour there are five men in this shop one is working on a car and another just took another vehicle in for an oil change this worker is clearly on meth as he is biting the side of his cheek very vigourously and scattered brained like no other they began to take my tired off finally at 4 it is now 440 and one tire is now installed working on the second this is insanely long process for a job that should have never lingered to this point very upset and feel as though time is money and my time has been wasted for far too long

I m from out of town, and part of my car broke. I came here to see if they could help at all. Although they couldn t fix my car, they were EXTREMELY helpful. They told me what they were pretty sure what was wrong with it without being able to touch it (and they were right), told us what to do and where to go. Joshua was an enormous help and I m so thankful!

Had an appointment for 4. There were no other cars in the shop and 3 techs standing around. Pulled my car in and everyone went to lunch. Didn t start working on my car til 515. Finally walked out the door just before 6.

I love this Auto Center!! The Auto Manager is AMAZING and so is her staff! Friendly, Courteous, Informative and most of all Professional!! If all service stations or all Walmart could be like just this one sector of this store.. life would be grand!!

Newton center..Kim and Mike are under staffed and over worked and manage to get the job done!! Such hard workers and very friendly.

Hit something on the interstate and 3 hours away from home and they tell me appointment only. Thanks for all your help Walmart.

Dude misspelled my name even though I literally spelled it for him I told him the exact little change I wanted and he gave me a different one cost me $23 more than what it should have oh and after I set up my appointment for the oil change they didn't even have me in the system

Basically strong arm you into buying more tires or they won t offer the service that comes with buying tires here

The service is pretty good. The manager of the department is not good with customers and is pushy and hard to understand over the intercoms.

They get the job done. It takes a bit longer than it should but they get you out in around an hour and a half if there is no line.

Slow service spun caps off of 5 lug nuts from overtightening didn't bother to replace them or tell me about them good tire prices but I shouldn't have to spend 30 bucks on new lug nuts when I get new tires
