Great place to have any repairs done as well as estimates for insurance purposes.The employees are extremely attentive to your vehicle issues and questions are answered to assure your understanding the process.They do amazing work .I would most definitely recommend them .

I hail damage repair on my black truck. The next day after picking up the. Truck there was swirl in the paint. And the back seat had body dust and boot print not clean up. I took the truck back and the clean the truck again. I also had the clean all the clear cost overspray on the glass and front grill and bumper.The repair work was good but they don t clean the vehicle. Very good and they did twice.

If I could give them -0 stars I would , front desk lady doesn t even know what is going on. Dropped my car off and got it inspected and quoted , called back a week later said they didn t have my car there like what? Crazy to me that it was the only suv on their lot. Not to mention said it would be done in a certain time frame & it hasn t even been touched yet. If you re needing quick repairs do not recommend they will tell you it will be done but then not even have it started. I get being busy but don t lie, not everyone has a backup car , nor can afford a rental if your insurance doesn t cover it. Very disappointed I read a bunch of good reviews and had high hopes for this place , I just don t recommend at all. I think 3 weeks is a good time frame to have a plastic piece & a hole in my radiator repaired, guess not . Will be taking my business elsewhere as I am having my car removed from that place and taking it to a different place in ankeny since they haven t even touched it anyways , the new place is getting it started as soon as the quote gets transferred over & I was under the impression that so would this place, guess I was wrong Service: Body & Trim

I was a victim of a hit and run collision with my car in a parking lot and was recommended for repair from our auto dealership. I went to Sullivan and they were very friendly and eager to help me. They quickly compiled an estimate and sent to my insurance carrier. Within a few days, the estimate was accepted and our car is quickly scheduled for repair. Sullivan has been very customer sensitive and has been an excellent provider. Now, to be totally forthcoming, our car is scheduled but not yet repaired. I anticipate completing this review in about a month. Thanks, Sullivan.

This is the first review I have written for a business We had a hail storm in Grinnell yesterday, and my rear window was shattered I contacted Sullivans and asked if they had crash wrap. They said yes. When I asked him what the charge was to cover the window, the employee said there would be no charge It would be very easy for them to charge $10 or $20, and most people would pay because they don t have any other option. It s very refreshing to have a business who realizes that in moments of crisis, it s nice to lend a helping hand Thank you for your assistance.

My family and I have used Sullivan s for many years- at least since the mid 90 s. They just recently finished my SUV, which pretty much needed the entire passenger side redone. Plus I decided to have them touch up some flaws on the front & rear bumpers. My Edge looks BRAND NEW. I m still in complete awe every time I look at it. They just did work on my moms Edge a couple months ago. Same outcome, BEAUTIFUL work!!! Their office staff is also top notch. Helpful & so friendly. I don t see why anyone would ever choose another body shop. Thank you so so very much for your amazing work!

Sullivan fixed a dented bumper from an incident with a HUGE raccoon last year in November. They did a phenomenal job! I got the car back quickly and they did a GREAT job fixing the bumper and color matching the paint. They had also cleaned the inside and outside. And I got a free coffee travel mug! Just recently, I noted the fog light on the side where was damage was had gone out. I brought it to Sullivan's, they got me right in and fixed it immediately! It was just a bulb that had burned out. But they didn't charge me a penny. They are the epitome of customer service!

I have to say, I'm very skeptical when it comes to body shops. I had a buck charge my brand new car, one night, that basically did a number on the whole drivers side of my car. My husband was the one who picked Sullivan & when we picked up our car, let me tell you in all honesty, our car looked brand new again!!! I'm more than happy with the work they did. I HIGHLY recommend this body shop! If they had a Facebook page where I could show before & after photos, I would. But this was the only place I could find where I could review them! Thank you Sullivan Auto for the amazing job!

Had a nasty accident with my car, and I honestly didnt think it would ever be the same. Took it to Sullivan's and was blown away. Timely scheduling for a multi-day repair, and finished a day earlier than estimated. To top it off, they detailed my car before I picked it up. So happy with the work here!

GREAT Work! Great communication! These guys are the best! A deer hit our son's car and did a number on the hood and bumper. The repairs that were made far exceeded our expectation!

Very good at body repair. They repaired some major suspension damage on my 2015 Taurus SHO that is fully loaded and it works just like it did when I bought it new. This is an AWD with several sensors that had to be recalibrated and they did a great job on it.
