My family had 2 broken windshields in one week. Novus got us in and out quick and were super reasonable on price. I highly recommend these guys.

My pal Trent and his team there are seriously the best when it comes to windshield stuff. After driving 6 months with a cracked windshield, I decided it was time to get a new one before winter hit. I called NOVUS on a Thursday, and someone came to my work place on Monday to replace my windshield. The service was very quick and awesome!! I'm a an expedite driver and needed my windshield replaced for a dot inspection. When i called Trent, He was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable about what exactly I needed. The appointment was punctual and the work is, dare I say it, flawless. Both Trent and Kyle, his associate, were open to conversation and willing to answer any questions I had. Finally, the price was fantastic and their warranty is just as great. I would recommend everyone needing glass installed to give these guys a call.

After a botched windshield replacement for my 2005 Newmar Dutch Star in S.C my windshields kept popping out.After driving to Iowa , the windshield had gapped at the top and was leaking. After calling multiple dealers and competitors , Novus Glass in Newton was recommended to fix my problem.Made the appointment and was very impressed with the crew at this facility.Trent, Kyle, Caleb, Cory were great! They removed my windshields , prepped the coach and installed my windshields properly , very conscientious and detailed.Returned to Arizona and the windshields are great!Thanks again guys!Services: Installation, Window repair

Novus was able to source front and rear glass for my 13 year old car in a short time frame while I was in town on vacation when multiple other places could not. The techs were on time, courtious and very efficient. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Trent repairing a couple rock chips and cleaning/renewing our headlights. Was unbelievable the difference before and after. Trent was very prompt and accommodating in scheduling a time to come to our house and do his work. Trent and Novus are saved in my contacts and will call him immediately next time I need glass work. Thank you!

They did an excellent job on installing a new windshield. Was friendly, professional and quick. He made sure everything was put back how he started and everything was cleaned when he finished. He did such a nice job we scheduled him to come back and fix 2 more of our work truck windows and cut glass and install in a project car.

I had a rock chip that I sustained over the winter. I called Trent to tell him of my issue and he made my problem his priority! He was flexible enough to come to my employer and fix the chip while I was at work. This helped so I wasn't running around after work to get the repair. As far as quality of the repair I couldn't be happier, he was very honest and upfront throughout the whole process. I would recommend him and his company to any friends or family that have a need!

Trent was absolutely great to work with! He was flexible on scheduling and location, plus he was able to repair a nasty rock break/crack on my truck's windshield. I would highly recommend NOVUS to anyone in the area needing glass repair or replacement.

I blew out a window in my RV going down the highway. Called NOVUS because they were the closest. They got me in right away for an emergency repair, and treated me like I was a local customer. Service was excellent, and price extremely fair. I can't say enough good things about my experience with them.

I had my windshield replaced by one of the workers. Due to it being an awkward angle the job get a bit messy. I Called Trent and he was on top of it! came and looked at it the next day and said he was not happy with the job either and explained what happened. He said he wanted to be the one to reset it and insisted on detailing it. I picked it up and they did a FULL DETAIL on it. It had never looked so clean on the inside and outside. Strongly recommend Novus glass and anything that they offer!

Made an appointment for 8 this morning to get window tint applied. I called at 11 and they hadn't started and said it would be 2 before they would have it done. Why set appointments if they aren't going to keep them Complete waste of my time. I will go somewhere else.
