Besides their parts mostly costing a little bit more my main complaint is this stores customer service skills and profiling. Just because I have all black on coming in there in a hurry and don't need help does not mean I should be labeled as a thief. I mostly wear all black especially when working on cars. The amount of times they were rude to me is unbelievable considering I don't really go there to get anything except if oreillys doesn't have it or because it's a little closer to where I live. They need to fire most the people that work there and get new or retrain them on customer service.

If I could rate this NAPA a ZERO I would. I bought a set of Lifetime Warranty brake pads and brought them back to exchange for a new set as covered under the warranty but the guy at the counter refused to honor the warranty. I ve bought many items from NAPA and never had an issue until today due to this persons complete stupidity. I ll just go down the street to Oreily Auto Parts since they never have a problem honoring their lifetime warranty on parts sold. I suggest never buying anything from NAPA.

This Napa has the best team that any place could have, the best team player has to be Jeremy. He help us so much, My car wheel almost came completely off and he was so helpful when giving us advice on the tools that we needed and made sure to only give us the one's we needed.And if you see this Jeremy thank you so much you help us a lot.

Wonderful service everytime I go in. Everyone is always very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm confused as to why a person would give a poor review to Napa when they were parked in the Napa parking lot to go work out at Anytime Fitness. Would you be happy owning a business and having other stores customers parking in your lot that you pay for?

The service here is excellent. I bought two commercial batteries that had to weight 100 pounds each and they unloaded the old ones and loaded the new ones. Only parts store I will go to.

The staff is always willing to help when you need something, they have nearly everything I've needed in stock and their delivery is incredibly helpful. The prices are more than fair, we will continue to use Napa for anything automotive for years to come.

The older fellow that works there treated my comrade with a great deal of disrespect. My friend, trying to diffuse the situation, was met with a blank stare, and no explanation for the negative actions.

Great! Martin is the assistant manager there. He is always helpful and knowledgeable. Saves time when we don't have to look for parts.
