Great customer services from the front desk receptionist to the owner. Very polite and helpful management. The workmanship is great. Courtesy vehicle is a plus. I was able to fulfill my doctor's appointment while waiting for the glass to be replaced. I will do business with them again. I will also spread the word about this place. What I like about this business is: 1.Locally owned. 2. I met the owner. 3. Honest on what they can and can't do. 4. Terri is on top of call backs, set-up, and knows what's going on.It's good to have just such a place that you can trust. No bull.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They took my screen door to replace the glass in it. Told me it would take 2-3 weeks. They had it almost a month and a half with no contact whatsoever to explain the delay. Then when it was finally done they had the audacity to charge a $75 service fee to put the door back on that THEY TOOK and then tried to accuse me of having parts to the door that they left at the shop. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.Service: Installation

Amazing customer service. They let me know that my wiper blades needed replaced and took care of that for me. Very fast and efficient. Quality work that's why there still in business they know what there doing.

Ordered 2 pieces of glass for our curio cabinet and was told it'd be ready for pick up on Friday. Called Saturday many times, no answer! They closed with no notification or msg or post. Bad business practice. Went out in a foot of Snow just to get it! And they're closed 45 min before closing time! Please post if closing early

Called for plexiglass but didn't purchase since there was going to be a wait on it, but that was due to higher volume of business with all the storm damage locally

Hamilton Glass was able to find a tempered, decorative, specialty glass for a steel door in my historic 1950 all-steel Lustron home, when a glass company in my hometown said they couldn't get it. Hamilton did a great job with an unusual project, and cleaned up the work area in my garage afterwards. I highly recommend them.

Brought in an older window of mine that had fallen out and broke. They explained there were supposed to be a couple plastic tabs that held the window in place that had gotten old and broke causing the window to fall out. A couple weeks later (I caught them during their busy time) and I installed my new window without any problems. Would definitely recommend them.
