They emailed me a price and then charged me extra when I went to pay. Wasn't a big difference, only $2.50, but if they do that to everyone they must make a good amount of extra money. I did love the video of the Inspection.

Service was wonderful. So efficient and thorough. Remember perfection takes time so you may have a wait but they continue to keep you appraised of the progress. Check in Tech just checked that keys were in it and handled everything from there. I would love to have Mr Woody work on my vehicle next time. The fuel flush made my vehicle feel like a new one again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The oil change was good, but had to bring it back for brakes and rotors. Was told to be here before 7:30 am and he would get me on first.TOTAL lie!!!First come, first serve. And apparently you have to line up.

good service, friendly knowledgeable staff. just had a hard time believing an air filter would run another 40 dollars plus labor. will definitely use again though.

Usally great place. Last time I used a coupond that they did not apply. Fixed at check put but come to find out days later it's a mail in rebate. Both myself and the service writers missed that one. My bag.

Seems busy today made appointment but still took over an hour not wanting to complain but people are still nice oh well

There is nothing quick about their quick lane. I've tried 3 times with an hour and a 1/2 wait just to get in the door all 3 times. I won't be back.

Nothing quick about it. I arrived at 7:28 am for an oil change. It is now an hour later and I m told it will be another 20 mins. This is my regular stop for oil changes, but you just lost a customer.

Told me I could get right in when I called. Got there 30 minutes later and was told 3 hours till they could get to me.

More like slow lane. I avoid that place like the plague! Please don't associate this place with Gregg Young Auto, because it is it's own entity.

Was going to make an appointment for oil change and tire rotation but they said they could do it right then. Also got a complimentary car wash and free popcorn.
