I am beyond thankful for this dealership! We had tried so many different places and options to get into a vehicle. I called Gregg young and talked to Vanessa and she worked with Casey and went way above and beyond to help find us a car they took time to find us what we were needing for our family. 3rd row was a must have! They sent us a few cars from other dealerships and had ran our application and got us into the one car they were able to qualify us for. Casey had worked with financing knowing our situation and past mistakes that had affected my husband s credit and other issues. We felt we were never going to be given the chance to prove ourselves. They did try really hard to get us in the payment range we needed but due to the situation, which I was prepared for obviously but our payment was a little more then we were expecting but also understand why. I am beyond words and thankful for the team and what they did for us and our family! We will be lifelong customers for sure! Thank you again so much for helping us and giving us the second chance we needed.

They were very honest about what was going on with my vehicle and potential expenses, what would or wouldn't be covered on warranty at their dealership, so I wasn't out of unnecessary costs. Very helpful and kind staff who were understanding of the condition of the vehicle and what needed to be done.I would highly recommend going there if you have to take your vehicle to the dealership.

Had been having my vehicle serviced here for over a year and kept having issues after being in service. They claim that it was not them but I ve had two brake line failures right at the caliper within 100 miles after service. A friend of mine did too.So I started taking it to a dealership in Des Moines. Not only are they faster, they are cheaper, have had no issues in the past year, and they give a free car wash every time. Not taking my vehicles back to Gregg Young.None of that even mentions the annoying calls, emails, and letters asking me to trade in a vehicle that I haven t had in 5 years and I keep telling you guys that.

We made an appointment to have a new license plate bracket put on and while it was sitting I get a phone call to come pick up the bracket. I told the woman the truck was there waiting for the 11am appointment to get it put on.We couldn t get over how poorly the communication was after an appointment had been made to bring the truck in to get the bracket put on

Received a email from Morgan asking if my experience was satisfying & to email her if not. Its been 6 days with no response back from the dealership.Heres my experience at Newton Gregg Young.I had a great experience with both courtesy drivers they were very kind! I do have concern, I unfortunately needed to return to work Friday so I was unable to stop back in. When I arrived around 8am this morning, I asked for an oil change & also mentioned that my check engine light wasn t on, but I gave the service man the codes that it was throwing as. He verified that the parts would be replaceable under warranty. I asked for a run thru the car wash when service was complete. I got the video message saying the codes typically refer to an oil change being needed, this didn t make sense to me as I had originally scheduled my appointment (that I totally forgot and had to reschedule, so sorry!!) well over 2 weeks or 1000 miles before the sticker Greg Young Quick Lane put in my vehicle my last oil change, I also watch my OnStar advice. I called and spoked to service, and I asked how that was possible? He told me I was nearly 6,0000 miles over my oil change, which is impossible so I asked him if he could go to my car & tell me what the sticker said. I was asked to be put on hold, a few moments later he returns saying that we looked for the sticker & wasn t able to find it, the tech must have thrown it away So, they mentioned they couldn t do anything since I failed to maintenance my vehicle , would just have me pay $50 that would ve been my deductible. As I am driving away, I looked up to verify the next time I would need an oil change to notice the sticker was still there. The sticker that Gregg Young placed on my car during the last oil change which was how I was monitoring my oil, the same sticker that I asked the service man to look for. My concern is that I asked the service man to verify this sticker and I was told they couldn t locate it when it wasn t even removed from my car, how does one miss this? If this sticker is still in my car, how do I confirm that my oil change was changed? I paid $130 to not even have the sticker replaced advising me of my next oil change that is disappointing. Not only all of this, but the sign that was placed in my car even stated car wash when completed & my car was still dirty causing me to be there an additional 10 minutes. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this facility & I have continued to bring my vehicle back for servicing but after my last few visits I am heavily weighing other options.

Wasn t even 45 days and the truck I got just broke down I have a buddy who got hired as a detailer shortly after and he sends me videos of the other detailed training him just going 20+ mph over the speed limit in the cars they work on

I want to Give a big Thanks to Zach in the sales department. We came to look at a Camry and Zach had the Vehicle all ready for us. He didn't give me any sales pressure talk he allowed me to take my time look over the vehicle and make sure this is what we wanted. When it was time to make the deal Zach handled all my requests with ease. He gave us a great deal on our trade and made the process simple. I would highly recommend Gregg Young and especially Zach.

Service is friendly and professional. Though thorough, my wait time was about 2-2.5 hours and I was in for an oil change, tire rotation, and new wiper blades.Edited to add:Once again while the interaction with staff is great customer service, and I understand staffing issues can arise from time-to-time, I had to wait 3-4 hours for my oil change. I think it's time to go to a system of scheduling maintenance appointments so customers aren't so drastically inconvenienced by either waiting so long or being without a vehicle if they use the service shuttle.Edited to add another update:I had an appointment set for 9am. I was early. The appointment was to program a new key fob. After that was completed, I requested an oil change. Around 2pm I called to check on the status of my vehicle. The person who answered mumbled something about parts which confused me, but I didn't get a chance to respond before getting put on hold. When he returned to the phone, I was fed some line about having to go deeper into the security of the program and it would be done soon. It was another hour and a half before I'd get a call back. By this time, I was not able to make it out to pick up my truck, so I had to go without until the next day, which further inconvenienced my family.I can't fathom why it would take 6.5 hours to change the oil and program a key fob. It's my impression that they skipped my appointment time, sent it over to get the oil changed, then let it sit until I called to get started on the reason I brought it in. But I doubt we'll ever get the full story.

Awesome company to deal with. I was gonna get a vehicle in my hometown and didn't get treated very good so drove two hours to check out a Awesome vehicle. Couldn't thank keegan the finance guy more for really helping me get it down to a price I could afford. Also charles the sales man he was really cool also. Just a awesome company and I'll definitely be doing more business and telling all my friends and family to go here

I stopped in to look at a potential trade in. I looked at a new vehicle and they "appraised" mine. I currently have a 2016 vehicle that had had no issues. Within 2 weeks of getting it back, I have had my AC stop working, my very new brakes start squeaking, my engine rattles when I shut the car off, and my check engine light is now on. I went from nothing wrong with it to 4 different issues all within 2 weeks of them having it in their posession. When I called to address this, they told me that it was because my vehicle was "old". I understand that things happen but to go from nothing to everything wrong in 13 days doesn't seem like a coincidence to me. I will never ever go there again for any reason.

pleasant sales team person. but overall the person doing the actual sale not interested. i understand the whole game of car buying, but this sort of tactic was tiresome. purchased a vehicle elsewhere, no hassle.

Front desk lady was really nice and made things easy and fast. One thing I did have an issue with, is that they rotated my tires but they didn t adjust the PSI of the front and backs. So my front tires were over inflated and my rears were under inflated.

We unfortunately had a horrible experience when looking at a used vehicle here. The salesman tried to hide thousands of dollars worth of hail damage by parking the vehicle in the sun for our test drive. Before driving 45 minutes to the dealership, we asked if there were any known issues and the salesman said no. I ve never had a dealership not disclose hail damage to someone inquiring about a vehicle. It was clearly obvious that it had significant hail damage, which the salesman tried to feign ignorance. Then, a manager came out and said it was only $600 in damage according to their insurance adjuster. When I stated that I used to work in insurance and am familiar with hail damage estimates, they then tried to drop the vehicle price by $2,000 and said insurance/finance company will have no problem with a vehicle with significant hail damage. Unlike them, I m not a liar and would not lie to our insurance and finance companies. I was really taken aback by how quickly and heartlessly the salesman was trying to hide/not disclose significant hail damage. I would highly suggest avoiding this dealership for used vehicles. They are highly untrustworthy. Also, they pulled our credit FOUR times for the credit application. I have never had a car place pull it more than once, let alone four times. Yuck, they truly live up to the used car salesman stereotype. Unfortunate that they try to take advantage of honest, hardworking people for a quick sale. I m honestly still baffled at how ruthlessly these men were trying to sell us a huge financial liability without even a second thought. I have no clue how they sleep at night and I hope they realize how they are hurting people, their customers. Please, I would recommend avoiding these men who don t care about human beings well being, they just want your money. Shame on you all who work at this dealership!!

The transaction was as painless as we could make it. The Salesman Kevin and Sales Manager Rob worked with me on the deal and made me a very happy customer. The team was very gracious when I arrived and completed the paperwork as fast as my lender would move. It was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle.

It's NOT been a great experience for us. I don't care for your sales process at all. Why does the sales person even give us a total when we were purchasing a vehicle & then send us over to finance to get a completely different price ($10,000-$15,000 more)? I don't do the PowerPoint, song n dance, drama etc. Just tell us what it's going to cost & what our prices are/what is covered (a printed copy had to be requested & should be given to every customer when a vehicle is purchased). There was issues in the beginning (My vehicle was at the dealership for 6 days/3 days for 2 weeks in a row). Then this last time, my vehicle was in the shop for over 21 days. I've been in a rental more than the vehicle that I purchased 2 months ago. I ended up going & getting my plates fixed myself after the plates finally came (the dealership didn't have the paperwork correct from the past owner so they couldn't get the plates in my name? Isn't this what your business does, sells vehicles??). IF you know during the sale that the vehicle is going to be driven 100 miles to have work done, that should be told to the customer. Also due to this being out of the customer's control, 100 miles should be added to the warranty. For mine, 200 miles should be added because it had to go 2x. Just remember that it's the little things & details that make a customer's experience a great one or a not so great one.

There seems to be a communication problem in the service department. Over the last few months there has been a turnover of service writers. This has lead to information I gave to one of them not being communicated to the tech or even not getting on the service order. The last service I had was to replace my touch screen. This was done in a timely manner. What up set me was when I picked up my truck my seat was completely readjusted. There is no way this should have been done because the service didn't require a test drive.

Made an appointment to go see a vehicle for Saturday August 26th at 8 a.m. talked to salesman regarding this on Thursday. I live an hour away, got there right in time and actually before. Salesman was late and vehicle was nowhere to be found. They had moved it to Marshalltown! Obviously a lack of communication and consideration!

Great Experience. Conner was our sales rep and he did an excellent job pulling vehicles up to the front door for us to test drive so we weren't standing out in the cold, and eventually he put us in a brand new Cadillac. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all.
