The service department is lucky to have Luke!I was on a long roadtrip through the area, had just pushed my car through a blizzard, and needed last minute help servicing my car as a result. This dealership was right along my route, so I called the service department less than 30 minutes ahead to ask if I could make a pit stop. Even with this last minute request, Luke was helpful and speedy, ensuring my car got necessary maintenance to run efficiently. Everyone was in high spirits and welcoming when we got there, and I was back on the road with a happy car shortly after.(Bonus point for the organized toy area that kept my son occupied).

We were leaving for vacation and only got 10 miles down the interstate and lights came on in the car. We drove back to Newton and they looked at the car immediately, figured out the problem, got the part which was a wheel bearing and put it on and got us on our way on vacation. I really appreciated the quick service, the kindness, and the understanding of our situation. I highly recommend them! Thank you so much!

Took my truck in for a radio issue that is under warranty. Dealer put a claim in and it was denied and was told to go to my other Warranty thats still active week one of calling them I was told claim was put in and they'd call me I waited another week nothing so I called mid day Friday Friday was suppose suppose to receive a call back, never did, waited another week and called again. Was told the same thing and was never called. Called a 3 week and was told the same thing with no return call I called Saturday talking to both the service and sale manager and was told I'd receive a call and never did then finally the Monday after I get to talk to someone who finds out the claim was never put in 3 weeks after they told me it was. Again I was told they'd call when a claim was put in and still haven't had a claim out in or a call after spending a diag fee which I will now have to pay another dealer to do for warranty work. They have done this multiple time to me and will never be going here again and making sure I leave bad reviews everywhere I can!Service: Electrical repair
