I took my car here to get it fixed and they quoted me over +10k in damages. I thought that it was suspiciously high and I took it somewhere else to get a new quote and I was quoted for less than half of that at the new place. I m not sure if they actually look for parts or if they just give up right away and give you full price dealer parts. Not to mention it took them almost a full month to find parts and the new shop already had the parts in and started within a few days. Wouldn t recommend this place unless you re just getting something SMALL fixed.

Everytime I have called or gone to Cappy's for getting tires they have been amazing. Great customer service and very friendly staff. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Like others, I had heard about a change in ownership and staff. Bob had always taken great care of us and we returned and were treated very well. Very happy with the service and the cost.

What happened to this place? Use to be a great place to take your car, good reliable honest home town auto work..not so much anymore. Use to come here for the personal customer experience, guess those days are over half the time they don t answer the phone or return your call, must not be hurting for business, gonna have to find someone else to take our cars to.

Was a loyal customer for 15+ years. Always got the small business feel with the workers knowing your name and just treating you like they wanted your business. Over the past 6-12 months, the ownership has changed, the new workers don t treat you the same and prices have gone up a lot too. With 4 vehicles I had been testing out other business but we are officially done with cappies after yesterday when they charged my wife $50 just to take a rock out of her brake. Labor only, no diag needed as we knew exactly where the rock was and explained that.

We stopped by Cappy's while traveling through the area from out of state, we had a tire that had a small leak in it. The crew @ Cappy's got us in, fixed our tire and got us back on the road in no time. Now we have peace of mind on our 13hr trip back home.Much appreciatedThank you very muchThe Miller Family

Had an appointment for 10 o'clock that was scheduled almost a week ago for a fleet truck. I asked the guy if he needed my name and he says no. He tells me I can drop it off and I said no its my work truck. He proceeds to tell me I can wait that it'll take about an hour and I said that would be fine. I call to confirm my appointment 15 minutes prior and the guy tells me I have to drop it off and then tells me they don't make any money on national accounts that they don't schedule appointments. I told him that was not my problem and that I had an appointment. 1 star status for me.

Cappy s was a lifesaver for me when my car got a flat tire during a road trip on one of the hottest days of the year. They got me in and out with two new tires in less than an hour, and Ryan was so helpful during the whole process!Service: TiresService: Tires

Dropped my car off this morning thinking I needed a whole new brake system. It was just a sensor system needed. Most mechanics will charge you for things you don t even need. Cappys was truthful and honest about it all and very friendly! Will definitely go there for all my car work and will recommend to others as well!!

Called and talked to Bob, was buying a car privately, and needed it inspected for my peace of mind. Bob and his staff gave the car a complete inspection and gave me a full report on how the car was. The service was everything I needed, and the value of his service was worth every penny.

Bob is welcoming, to-the-point, and professional. He and his techs did a great job on our 2010 Honda Civic's brakes. We were planning to drive out-of-state a few days before our brakes started acting up so we took it to Cappy's. They were able to get the brakes done in less than a day! We were pleasantly surprised. At check out, Bob went over the brake warranty as well as their policy to bring in the car within 50-100 miles of driving it to make sure the lug nuts were retorqued appropriately. I was 2.5 hours in on my 4 hour drive when I had tire trouble on the interstate. It was a slow leak. I googled tire places and clicked on Cappys. I explained my situation and they told me to bring it right on over. I had a tire fixed a week ago. They fixed the leak but there was some vibration. I brought the tire back to have the balance checked because they had the tire off to fix and charged me even tho it was off by 3/4 of a ounce. He said I wouldn't feel that but when I changed tires in the past we had to have the tires balanced within 1/2 ounce. I'm never planning to go back at this point. Plus they charged 20 to balance a tire. I had all 4 balanced at discount tire for 10 each. Alittle bit of a mark up I think. Updated my wife is now happy with how the car rides. So yes you can feel 3/4 of a ounce on a tire. Unlike what the owner Bob says.Service: Tires

Came in because we had a screw sticking out of our tire. The guy who was helping us was nice and honest. He let us know that there was no air leaking out of the tire and that our tire pressure wasn't changing. So it turns out we were lucky and didn't need anything. We're thankful that they were so honest with us when they could have charged us for a patch or new tire and we wouldn't have known any better. They didnt even charge us for the time they spent taking a look. Talk about amazing customer service.

we came in for a maintenance light that was going off in our car he was booked solid but he still made time out to make sure that we were okay since we were traveling far. While I was there he helped one of his regulars just by doing something to her tires out of the goodness of his heart and then she left took 5 minutes he really cares about his customers I highly recommend. I wish he was my local mechanic.

The only place I go to for new tires! Bob and his crew treat me with respect and honesty. They are happy to explain anything if needed. I had to come in twice finding a nail in my tire at last minute, and they made sure to fix it that day.

Cappy s is spectacular! We were halfway on our route from Maryland to Utah when we sprung quite the oil leak. They took us in and fixed us up in less than an hour even with their very busy afternoon. Bob the owner and his team are exceptional and I would definitely recommend this auto service to anyone!

Had a front end alignment very friendly courteous did a great job. my vehicle drives like a new one. cost was very reasonable and was done in a short time. I am very happy with mt service from Cappys.

I had a flat tire and needed to replace a spare, they did a wonderful job fitting me in and getting me back on the road. I also saw another customer (will not share details of their situation) but I saw how Cappy's stands behind their work and treats their customers right.

The guys here are fantastic! Always do amazing and quick work, and they treat everyone with respect! My husband and I always have amazing service here and we recommend everyone to speak with Bob or any of the other members of the team. You will always be treated right.

I was test driving a car and debating making a purchase and the car was making a noise. I wasn't sure what it was so I stopped here to see if just by chance they wouldn't mind taking some time out of their day to look at it. Honestly was expecting a no since I just showed up with out an appointment. Instead he said yes and had looked at within 5 minutes. Found the car had some major issues. They really helped me out in a pinch. Didn't even charge me. There are still good people out there and you'll find some here. Next time I need work done I'll be taking my business here. Thank you so much!
