Having been in the transmission business now a pretty long time, I can say I've used pretty much everyone. I used to be a big fan of Precision, was a customer for many years. Started my own business 8 years ago, of course had to use precision. 2nd or 3rd converter into business on my own with them, they send me a 47/48re billet nice converter. Long story short. They send me the wrong converter in the right box. I don't pick up on the mistake. It was the other style, seals internal instead of in the pump. Transmission blows up of course. I find the mistake. Precision proceeds to say with 100% certainty they could have not sent the wrong converter. LOL. IVE ONLY BOUGHT like 3 converters and was the first 47/48re billet I purchased..... HOW did I get the wrong converter..... A precision converter. THE ABSOLUTE WORST IMPOSSIBLE AND INCAPABLE OF RESPONSIBILITY. So I was out the 600$. And had to buy a new one..... Where did I buy? SUNCOAST. As a new business, new relationship it was a dent. Too bad because I always loved the quality. SUNCOAST was over 1000$ but it's still running strong. Great buy. Precision. Thank you for not helping me at all when I needed you. I didn't forget about you.

What a fantastic bunch of people!! I had a problem with my torque converter. Not only did they fix my issue(s) I was treated to a guided tour of the business and it s operations. The employees who I interacted with was very helpful, friendly and seems happy to be to part of an amazing place.This place is so busy with multi Million dollar contracts I felt special these people took time to fix my 1 torque converter and gave me some good training.I can t say enough good things about these people. They took very good care of me.If you have any doubts or concerns about using Precision for your needs, let my put your concerns to rest. You will be in good hands. I only use Precision torque converters. They work awesome, never have to worry about an issue. The whole team is fantastic. I can't say enough about their product and the customer service they provide!

I don't believe there is anyone that provides reman torque converters that is doing it better than this group. Once and done and competitively priced.

Had my trans guy order me and another guy a triple disc lock up converter. This is where he went through. I spent $800+ on a converter just to ruin my couple thousand dollar transmission sent converter out to be cleaned to be told it was built wrong and basically a stock unit. Had another friend that blew up his trans before us now have suspicions that it may have been the converter waste of money!

Our shop J&G Transmissions have been buying torque converters from Precision Of New Hampton for about 9 years. We have been using Precision Torque converters exclusively for more than 10 yrs. Unfortunately when the company driver came to pick up the torque converter cores the owner, John Rogers, saw the driver splash transmission fluid on 2 of our customer cars. We were able to wash the fluid off the clear coat surface but the fluid stained the porous surface on one of the bumpers. Nick at Precision has denied our account and refused to accept responsibility, essentially calling John a liar.. We hold to very high standards and ethics in our business and can not associate ourselves with a company that does not share our ethics.We will no longer use Precision Torque converters. I would advise any companies who have concern for their customers vehicles, and who have the Precision truck come to your facility to pick up cores, to keep a very close eye on the crew as they load those cores.After seeing the owner response I emailed (7-31-18) that I am interested in viewing the footage. No response. I question if the footage really exists. Why not forward to me if it does?

PNH builds the finest and most reliable converter in the industry. We buy about 75 a month and never have issues like with other companies we have used in the past. Great customer service and fast shipping. We highly recommend them.

We have used Precision for years for our torque converters. We are not only a customer, but more like a partner. We have used many different companies in the past but for the quality needed to produce our products, it is a no brainer.

We took a torque converter there to be rebuilt. The owner and staff were very helpful and worked with us to make the rebuild cost effective for us. Drove 4 and a half hours to bring the converter to them. Glad I did.

I been a customer for 6 years with this company i called to ask a price on a torque converter and i recently bought a torque converter less then a year ago he told me it was going to be the same price as the other one than he just changed his mind and told me it was $300 more. other cases had a problems with a 48re rv torque converter the stall was so low it would bark the tires when it down shifted in to 2nd gear i did a video on brake stall it was only 1,450rpms called him on the phone to ask if it could be a problem he sayed no!!! Lol so i just asked for a different stall they said yeah we can send you a different stall converter but you have to pay a $300 dollar core fee and another $300 for the other one than we will refund your money for the both of them when we get the other converter got the converter problem fixed how ever never gave me my money back this was in july called them last week and said they would refund $256 for the core they also told me they cut open the converter that had a issue in said there was nothing wrong with it so please be aware of this company.

Owner of B&B Transmission I have used them for over 30 years they have a Good product but will not stand behind there product when there is a problem,I had 2 converters fail and costed me thousands of dollars

I sent my old torque converter to PNH to be rebuilt. They rebuilt it and shipped it back the day after it was received. It is now installed and works great. Thanks for the quality work and fast turn around time.

We have been using Precision Torque Converters since 1992. With over 45,000 torque converters in our transmissions I would highly recommend Precision of New Hampton Torque Converters to any one.

This is their top-notch triple disc billet converter. And No it's not old, installed it a month before the photo. the paint flaked off and rusted. Weight came off 2-4min into first start at 1000rpm.

I buy between 200 and 250 torque converters a year very very rarely do I ever have a problem in the company stands behind it and they care about their product and their customers

This is not a review on product quality... As I just ordered it (7.3 billet converter)... But I didnt want to pass up the opportunity to share my impression of this company... I had the pleasure of speaking to Deb over the phone and wow was I impressed with the on hand knowledge she has... She managed to get me into the right and very specific torque converter I wanted.. She saved me money by telling me what she recommends based on my specific mods and application... They have all specs on hand and know about all the the specific mods that can be done to the torque converter... I have talked to many big name performance diesel companies and very few could answer specifics and NONE had this level of professionalizm and customer service... Based on my initial impression and things I hear about them, I have no doubt the product will match the customer and exceed my expectations... When I receive and install, I will have a complete product review on powerstroke army, profile name EPA.

WE HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH PRECISION FOR OVER 13 YEARS AND FEEL THEY ARE AN ASSET TO OUR SHOP. TO BE ABLE TO CALL IN FOR HELP IS GREAT BECAUSE THE GIRLS KNOW THEIR TORQUE CONVERTERS. WE EVEN WAREHOUSE PRECISION CONVERTERS TO USE THEM FOR BUILDS.
