Went in at 8:10 to get an oil change and I needed a rubber reset on the rim as I have a slow leak in one of my tires. Told me it may be awhile on the tire side which was fine. Then I saw my vehicle in the tire bay, at this point 2 hours in. I saw my vehicle a short time later back outside so I thought I was done and waited around the register for about 30 minutes just for the main guy to come in and tell me that other vehicles came and have priority. So you mean to tell me ya had my vehicle in the bay and instead of taking the 10-15 minutes it would have taken to fix my tire, you pull my vehicle out and say I don't know when I can get to it. I am taking my business elsewhere. Went there for tires and oil for all my vehicles for years. Doubt I will be back. The worst thing this place did was get rid of the first come first serveServices: Tires, Oil change

They need to stop telling people they can't. Mount tirish that tire that I brought in was not even bad. All you do is have to sign away for stating that you're proud that you're probably gonna use tire. And they refuse that all because they want you to buy brand new tires from them.Service: TiresService: Tires

Good service and price and the employee was real nice. A little longer wait in line than i wanted because of a lack of attendants to wait on you and a guy that wanted every single detail on every tire they sold and then never even purchased tires in the end. So there was a line of people in line. Still happy with the outcome.

Overall I think they do provide great customer service however not everybody Has time to wait 2 to 3 hours just to get an oil change. Wish they would hire more peopleService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Was put on hold for 40 minutes to speak about getting tires and an appointment then called back and put on hold again for 10 more minutes so i hung up and gave my business to your competition down the street and will never give you my business ever again! Done and done with Walmart for the last time!

Went in for a simple Front To Back tire rotation after 15 minutes one of the technicians came in and said they were going to try a different lift because my truck was to heavy after another 20 minutes different tech comes in to tell me they were unable to lift the truck (Ram 3500) Single Wheel Not a Dually all this after the manager and one of the technicians assured me they would be able to do it

Replaced flat tire with brand new mounted and balanced Tire for $62 tax included. They did a wonderful job right before the storm hit and I would recommend these guys highly.

It's ok of you want to wait to get work done on your vehicle. No appointments just first come first serve. Sometimes I'm able to get in quickly, other time I've had to wait a few hours in store.

Bent our rim doing a simple job that a machine mostly does the work and had no idea what they were doing to begin with. Now we have to buy a new rim to go along with the new tire we bought thats on the now bent orginal rim that costs over 150 dollars just to pay someone else AGAIN to put it on the new one that we'll have to replace.. Hopefully whoever we go to doesn't screw it up like they did here.

Was the only one in line for an oil change this morning. After 2 hours, my vehicle is still sitting outside waiting on a tire rotation. It s going to be three hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Go somewhere else

They dont have enough help. Went to have my oil changed and was told it would be an hour and a half because they had to other oil changes. Seriously!!??
