They are the biggest rip off ever, broke down, got into their shop, they charged us 4100 usd, talked me into a 2500 usd part that had nothing to do with what was wrong with truck, the truck was exactly the same as when I brought it in, they knew it and said to me that Kenworth would have to program the computer that they installed, I got towed to Kenworth, ended up being a harness which was covered under warranty, so who knows what they did had not corrected anything and still charges the amount, hope they are able to sleep at night

As a otr trucker the last thing you want to Hear from a repair shop is we can't do it today, not true with this family run business, they saw I was in need of help and didn't hesitate to repair my tie rods R/R and alignment at a decent price thanks to Bill and Marty I was back on the road in no time, if you are in the area give them a call for your repair needs.

hose on my way to pick up a time sensitive load. They got me right on and had me fixed up in no time. Even the bill was less than i expected,Really I recommend you truckers This place is best place that you can solve all your problems about your truck and trailer

These guys were great! I was in town to pick up a load and the electrical wiring pulled out on my connector at the trailer. They didn't keep me waiting long, put on a new connector, and with a reasonable charge I was back rollin! Thank you gentlemen.

Called when I realized that the wheel bearing on my enclosed trailer was missing the dust cap and getting hot. Marty took a look at it right away. Within an hour and a half I was back on the road with new seals and bearings. He even took the time to grease the other 3 wheel bearings and checked to make sure all the trailer brakes were in working order. 10/10 would suggest them to anyone!

Blew a coolant hose on my way to pick up a time sensitive load. They got me right on and had me fixed up in no time. Even the bill was less than i expected. Inwill definitely use them again. A+ service.

Good service, fast work, but hidden costs they don't tell you about. Let's just say you best bring a full wallet $$ not an inexpensive place.. Didn't tell me they charge an extra 20.00 an hour if you bring your own part. If you want good service and willing to pay for it, this is your place.

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE WORK ON YOUR TRUCK!.......They doubled my bill after I signed it and left, claiming a lot more labor hours than what was true. Had a wheel alignment done, had to have it redone at another shop (truck was pulling hard right) second shop said trucks unlimited had intentionally misaligned my drives causing a "scrub" condition... Not using my real name on google of course. I was not a cash customer, I paid using fleet maintanence account, and yes the bill was doubled when it was submitted to fleet for payment. I JUST WANT PEOPLE TO BEWARE OF THE DISHONESTY AT THIS SHOP. YOUR BEST OFF LOOKING ELSEWHERE.

Never heard of this Bagwell which means he was a Cash Customer therefore he would have had to pay before he left so he would not have been billed extra later. And who would accuse any one of doing something like a misalignment on purpose? Bridget Mills, owner
