Jim stays up to date on the market and customer needs. Is best in class in customer service. Sweetland Trailer offers the best quality trailers around and for an affordable price. Parts and service available here as well. The mobile sheds they offer are quality builds too!

Brought car trailer in for electronic brake repair, Spare tire And safety check to make sure systems were all working. Did ask him a question on whether or not there was a Weight distribution hitch that would fit on the car hauler With a short nose, That I guess was our first mistake.Not only did he not fix or check our electronic brakes after having it 3 weeks, Nor did he check the accurate size For the spare tire which he ordered the wrong size for, wrong All he did do was try to rig up a weight distribution By puttingTwo hooks on each side of our trailerOne at 26 in the other at 28 inWhere we have 31 in bars! to say the least it did not work, Charged us $405 for basically doing absolutely nothing and after him having our trailer three weeks had to take trailer to Hodges a reputableCompany to do the work that he did not do. If you want something done right I would suggest not taking it to Jim
