We've been taking our vehicles here for several years now for everything from oil changes, brakes, tires, to air conditioning. We have been incredibly happy with everything. Super convenient and always great to deal with.

Was highly recommended by people we knew. Not originally from Muscatine, so I didn t really have a mechanic I used. Great experience, great price, very friendly, quick, and explained everything with no surprises. Will definitely use again.

Rick and his crew have always done a great job for our family. He has been very good about recommending repairs, but not pushing repairs that are unneeded. He has also fixed a number simple items, that other shops were ready to charge much more. Very trustworthy, excellent experience.

I brought my vehicle in to have an oil change.. I've had Rick service my vehicles before and had no issues with him. Then I noticed two weeks later I had something dragging under my car. The splash guard was falling off. Someone told me that if I had an oil change it might not have been secured correctly. When I asked him about it, he got defensive and insinuated I must be driving carelessly. Never going back.Service: Oil change

Visiting the kids for the holidays. Had an issue with the car on the way. Called Rick's, they squeezed us in, diagnosed the issue, called with estimates. Upon our approval, fixed the car that day. Fair prices, great service, full explanation of the work performed. Lucky for us that they were there.

They have fixed my vehicles a few times now. Rick and the staff are palette and helpful. They do great work. They meet my needs with my big van ( Ford E 350 XL super duty) .

Very fair prices has done quality work for me on multiple occasions. Everyone there has always treated me with respect when I tell him the issue, which is not always the case with other mechanics because of me being female!

Great place, I was passing through town and had a alternator go out it was 4 pm on Friday and they stayed late and got me on the road quick, can't thank the guys enough
