One of the Non Emergency drivers hit me on my way too work last week. Seems like they just hire anybody! My vehicle was at total loss & he unprofessionally took off into his place of work & was never too be seen again. He's lucky no one's older relative was in the vehicle with him!!

This is a vital service for the area. The door to door service for my dad is a huge relief for me. We have had several drivers and all have been very pleasant to talk to and have treated my dad with such courtesy. He is wheelchair bound and also has dementia. He doesn't always understand what is going on, but every driver has been terrific. Always gently but efficiently loading & securing his chair inside the van & unloading. Being able to ride along to his appointments is very convenient.

Have used this service twice. Both times over 2 hoursto get picked up. Horrible service. Would not recommend ever

Good place to get transportation needs met, if you can't drive, or don't have a vehicle. Elderly, special needs, or getting car repairs.
