I dropped an heirloom ring between my driver s seat and console and could not locate after 3 days and many attempts with a flashlight. I took the car to Next Gen where Cory removed the seat and found the ring under the center console in about 10 minutes. I m so grateful for the personal and exceptional service. Cory, Jimmy and Denise are the best!!

Purchased a used car for our soon to be driving teens. Drew took care of us and was professional and straight forward. Delivery was as promised with good detailing work on the car. Later that day we found an issue with the car. We called on Monday and the dealer stood by the car and corrected the issue, which turned out to be minor thankfully. Overall, a great experience.

Great dealership and I would highly recommend to others if you're looking to sale or buy a vehicle. Patrick made the transaction extremely easy. Bought a 2017 f150. Brought it back the next day because of a startup noise. They said it was normal. Brought it to ford dealer it needs new cam phasers and chains. They offer to help resolve our problem. Highly recommend this dealership. They stand behind They sales

Amazing customer service!! Friendly and helpful service with the knowledge from all departments. Drew was the amazing salesman that I had the privilege to "deal" with that day. He worked with me and gave me the best and honest options. From finicial ability/ needs, warranty etc. Best sales experience I've ever had in my 34 years. I recommend this business to everyone!

Extremely smooth and straight-forward buying process. Drew was more than accommodating as I was purchasing from out of town, found the answers to any of my questions, and explained everything thoroughly. As a first time buyer, he made me feel secure and was very friendly. Awesome and clean facility, my vehicle was priced very competitively, will absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

Been taking my car here for maintenance for about a year and have been very satisfied with their service. They take good care of us and our cars, and I trust them to do a good job. Silvin is great!Also recently bought a car here and the experience was smooth and nothing like the normal car buying experience of heckling, pestering, and mistrust. Noah (as well as the owner, Jimmy) helped us to get just what we needed without any pressure.Definitely recommend NextGen Motors for regular car service or to buy a car!

We are so thankful for all the hard work NextGen Motors did to get us into one of my family s dream car!! As a car enthusiast, you always have to keep an eye out for special buys. Drew and his team, were so helpful with our situation, going above and beyond of what is required of a salesman. We appreciated so much communicating through txts and email. We live busy lives and it s nice to do all the tedious paperwork at your own pace, your own time, and at your convenience. Never pressured, extremely professional, and so patient. It almost felt like they just wanted to give us the car. I would totally recommend them to family and friends.If you do check them out, they also have the most adorable and sweet fur-babies that follow you and hold your had through the whole purchase process, ha ha. <3

I needed to sell my car quickly. This was the best cal selling experience I ve ever had. It started with the first phone call to the dealership and the receptionist connected me to Drew who was great to work with; friendly, courteous and fair. From my first interaction to my last with the accounting person, NextGen was the best. I wouldn t go to any other car dealership.

I took my car in for an excessive squeak & about 15 minutes they had diagnosed the problem and was able to give me an estimate. They were able to fit my car in the next day's schedule and promptly called when finished.On pickup, they explained what exactly was wrong & how they fixed it.Thanks Silvin & Crew!!

Do not buy from this place!! Lied through their teeth to sell a vehicle. Way overcharged for everything. Service department is a joke. Went in 3 times to get my car detailed; which they promised me for free. Been 2 months and nothing. Go to a different place

Took my car in for an oil change today. I was greeted professionally and courteously. They got my car right in, did my oil change AND washed my car even. (NO extra charge for the car wash!!) NextGen is now my go-to shop for sales and service!!!
