I hit a deer just north of Muscatine this evening. The Highway Patol called Midtown to come and collect me and my smashed up car. Gunther was great.He gave me and my luggage a ride to the motel. He was friendly, courteous and professional.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Midtown Towing was very helpful getting my vehicle towed after I had hit a deer. The driver and owner were very understanding and helpful dealing with the insurance company. I greatly appreciated them in my time of stress and difficulty.

I rated 5 stars this towing station is the only one who jumped my cars battery at 2pm. The others closed at 10pm and the other one I called at 11pm never showed like they said they would. Thanks to the guy who got out of bed at that time and jumped my car.

I ve been taking my vehicles here for years and they always get me in within a few days and make sure to let me know what issues they come across before working on them, and never fix anything that isn t necessary to run the bill up. Always fair and honest, good bunch of people to work with.

I locked my keys in the car at the end of the day and Midtown was there within 10-15 minutes. The gentlemen was extremely nice and had my door open within minutes after arriving. The lady that answers the phone is the absolute worse. She is rude right off the bat every time I have had to call. She had no patience. She should not be the one potential customers need to be dealing with. Get someone new. If she is part owner or what, she must feel very entitled to speak to people the way she does.

I was going to use their service for someone but the woman on the phone was super rude and in my opinion racist when I told her the customer doesn t speak English her response was oh wonderful.Wow!!! No thank you.

Tow truck driver arrived in less than 30 minutes. The disbatcher stated they were busy because of the weather but she did get someone out to me quickly!! Everyone was polite and I received great service!!!!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

WORST TOW SERVICE EVER- they steal peoples cars and possessions- AND LIE to people about WHERE their cars are!!!! $300 FOR A TOW!!!? LITERALLY HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!

Midtown did a terrific job helping me tow my car. All of the employees were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond what is expected. They towed my car quickly, organized my hotel accommodations and promptly fixed my car. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

they got there quickly but then it needed work and they didnt call and when asked what they did they dodged the question and HUNG UP and instead of giving me anything for their garbage service they threatened to take the part out and leave the truck there! and not only that the truck felt like something was wrong as if the work they did was as sub par as their service. absolutely a scam of a "business" stay away from them. scam business, im disgusted.Service: Car towing

Locked myself out of my car, unfortunately it cost 120 DOLLARS to open it. I feel like that's ridiculous, especially when some towns have cops that do it for free. The guy that came out was super friendly and fast. I just wish it was cheaper, 120 bucks for a quick little pop open

Terrible service. Would not recommend. Very unprofessional. When I called, it was like calling a person's personal cell. Couldn't tell I called a business. Darin was very gruff on the phone. They were able to dispatch a tow truck within the hour which was nice. But they quoted me one price then charged another. Felt they were dishonest. When I called to get clarity on pricing, Gary put me on hold and then put Darin back on. Darin was rude when I explained why I was calling. Didn't care that I was referred by friends and family. Just cared about the money and could care less about the service. One star for getting out within the hour. No stars for customer service, and cost. Would not recommend. There are cheaper, more friendly towing services in Muscatine.

Tried to get a quote with the make, model, and part that needed to be replaced and they refused to have the mechanic leave me a 1 minutes voicemail with the quote. Person on the phone was very terse.

Very nice people. Truck would not start so we were left in the cold. They came and got us and the truck. Took us to the dealership and told us where everything was located so we could get a room and food. Could not ask for better people. I would recommend them to anyone

Got locked out of my truck and was having trouble finding a lockout service that would come outside of city limits. Midtown was able to get somebody out to me quick and got the vehicle opened even quicker.Service: Car lockoutsService: Car lockouts

Wow, I never seen another person like my husband that passed away, Glenn Walbruch, make sure you got everything you need, dont do more then you want them to, it needs more they call, we had Walbruch Garage for 19 years an Glenn's dad & Uncles started Walbruch Garage In 1942 after World War 2, I am impressed Gary, the Machanic that worked on my Bow, chevi trailblazer, named it (Bow), chevi bow tie in grill, well Mid Town Towing &RepairYou got my vote, so line them up people
