Chad & Kenny have always created great value with the service of my vehicles. My last visit I was in a time crunch and they were about to get my truck in and out that afternoon and I was able to keep my evening schedule. Highly recommend!

When my car broke down up the street, these guys took great care of me. Including putting my vehicle into neutral and pushing it back to the shop. Which is not only impressive, but it saved me money on a tow! The staff was very friendly, the estimate they gave was almost spot on. They got me in quickly and the work was done in a timely manner.They had a new girl training. She was very kind. The gentleman walking her through checking me out was very kind and patient explaining everything and answering her questions. She apologized several times to me. No need -- we all have to learn. I will definitely be back!! (Oh, and the dog is sweet, too :) )

I have been a customer of Great River Tire & Service for a year. When I needed some work done on my Carmy Le: Ken, Chad, and Tara have been exceptionally kind and patient. When asked specific questions about time and cost, Ken was able to break it down to the simplest and understandable explaination of what needs done.Additionally; they're friendly, have a sense of humor and they do look out for you.And for me; someone who is overly concerned about my car and how much needs done, They have always had my best interest at at heart.My Camry runs better now than it has in years.They have earned my 5 star rating.I hope you'll let them earn yours.

Took my car in for cv axle, tie rod and alignment. Cv axle and tie rod went in with no issues. When they did the alignment however, they did not call me to let me know about potential risks of trying to loosen some rusty bolts. I would have put that off until another time, but instead they broke a bolt in the control arm and could not remove the bolt thus having to order a new control arm. They ordered that wrong 3 times and finally got the right one a week later. They told me 2 different prices for that part, but when they called to tell me the car was done, the part was about $100 over what they said. They said they took some labor off the final bill but they just billed me for work they actually did. Final price was double what they quoted me for!They did not work with me on the final price, even though it was their fault I needed the part. Kenny is very nice, but I will never go back there for any repairs. Also would not recommend this place to anyone. Kenny is the only reason this place gets 1 star!

We had it arranged for drop off and pick up by noon. They called and said to was done at 11:00. From phone call to make sure they had my tires to drop off and pick-up spoke to 4 different people and all was great.ThanksService: TiresService: Tires

Nice people but they undoubtedly upcharge their parts and sent me away with a bad bearing whose noise they diagnosed as sticking brakes. The work they have done for me has been fine, however unless it is absolutely pressing and I haven't the tools for the job I will not be taking my vehicles back.

My first experience with Great River was shortly after I bought my Mini Cooper. I quickly ran over something and destroyed a tire. Nobody had one and they all wanted a high price for a new one. Even though I had never gone to Great River Tire I stopped in expecting to find the highest prices in town. They not only got me the tire but they got me the same brand and model tire and I saved a few dollars! I later took my Suburban in to get two tires and they saved me a lot of money! Last month I got the gas put in the tires of my Mini Cooper and they inspected the car from end to end. What they didn't do was find a whole bunch of problems that weren't there like another tire place I will never go back to. Great River Tire went from a place I wouldn't even think of going to for tires and service to the only place I'll go. I trust them and being a person who checks prices I know I saved money.

Great River used to be awesome, but they've gone downhill. I feel like they constantly battle staffing issues. Overall they're decent.I've gotten the Goodyear Comfortred Tourings on three vehicles but one of them had two tires that were cupping. They said it was struts causing it, but I've owned around 10 vehicles, all of which had struts 100k miles past their rated life, and I've never seen that issue.I've also run into issues with their maintenence in the past, and management claimed it was done by someone who is now fired. They also said that we had valve stems that shouldn't have been installed on our vehicle, but they were the ones who put them on. Even though we explained this, they insisted they don't have those valve stems, but their wrong at the end of the day.

Went in for a alignment. At first it wasn't right. Great customer service because I got told bring it back in. At no charge it was redone and was good after that. All in all fair price and good work

Friendly attentive staff. Stopped in this morning with a shredded tire...i didnt ask cost, just told them i needed it fixed...New tire and out the door within an hour at a price I considered more than fair!
