Poor communication regarding the return of my car receiving service leaving me stranded at an empty office. Also tires were rotated and charged without being asked for.

Told me my vehicle wasn't under warranty. Wanted to charge me $1209.00 come to find out from another lincoln dealer it was under warranty. Ed morse never returned my $176.00 for the diagnosis.

I will never do business again with any company associated with Krieger!!! Do not send me offersby regular mail email or text !! This also means Joey Krieger I received aggressive piece of mail today from this person it is not appreciated at all!!! Or phone calls either!!!

Bought a 2022 Raptor and the experience was extremely easy. MC Henderson was great and he even hand washed my truck. Joey Krieger was great in getting it in the system for order. Pricing was thousands below other area dealers. I have bought about ten vehicles over 25 years from them and will continue to use this company.
