Salesman was good. Financial guy, rip off! Canceling all extras that weren't necessary. You may want to explain add ons better and supply customer with all paperwork, not just the page 1 out of 9 or 5 or 10. You have lost a future customer!

The online scheduling process was amazing and super easy to use! I was so thankful they had immediate openings! They also made me aware that my air filters needed changed which I honestly had no clue about so that was wonderful as well! I have purchased 13 cars from Krieger s over the past 20 years and we bought another used sedan from MC Henderson this year. Their prices are the best in the area and their service is top notch. MC even took time out of his own schedule to finish detailing the sedan. I have dealt with many other Krieger salespersons and they are all great. The owners will stop and take the time to talk with you and make sure you have been given good care.

The customer service blew my mind. I was very busy at work and couldn't leave to go car shopping but really needed a car. They worked with me filling out the paperwork through text messages and even brought the car to my work so I could look it over and test drive it! Definitely will buy all my cars in the future from these guys!

Two thumbs down for their service department. Took my vehicle in to have my rear defroster looked at. Was an issue that should have been covered under warranty. I was told they would send the issue to appropriate people to check on coverage. Almost 2 months went by with no word from Kriegers, so I called them to check whether they found anything out. Service dept. told me no but that he would find something out and get back to me. That was over a month ago...still NO communication from them. I traded that vehicle in on a brand new truck AT DAHL FORD! They lost a sale and a customer. I will never again go there for ANYTHING! Not for service, nor to buy a vehicle.

Just bought a silverado, and I've got nothing but praise for this sales staff. Made us feel like we were welcomed there as soon as well set foot on the lot. Kudos to Jake for answering everything question we had, and walking us through the buying process. 10 out of 10 experience! Jake, let me buy you a beer sometime soon! Thank you!

Owned Ford vehicles for a decade. The worst customer service in the service dept I ve ever encountered. Walked out of the appointment without the services completed. Rude, condescending, even laughed

Terrible customer service, I went into the repair shop and talked to Doug. I was asking for a estimate from pictures of my car because it was not drivable since the radiator was shot. I wasn't going to have it towed to them. Doug would go in a circle argument with me about how the estimate would not be accurate. And I told him I know, I just want an estimate to ballpark the cost and compare it to other places. Its called and ESTIMATE for a reason. And after I finally convinced him to do the estimate, he said that he didn't have time to do it, and would email me it. I never got an estimate back.

Been having my truck serviced there with zero problems. Then one day my truck needed some serious work done so I took it there. Was told next week they would get to it. This is a certified pre owned gm and still under that warranty. I got on the web site for certified gm and it says I will not be left without a ride. I spoke to rob about this since both service advisors said no loaner. Rob said did you buy it from Kreigers? Well no you never have what I m looking for. Rob said I take care of people that buy from me. I said I bought from gm Chevy and my warranty is good at Chevy dealers. I could see if I did not have a certified pre owned warranty that he should not go the extra mile but I got that warranty for a reason I was told bumper to bumper and take it to any gm dealer and it would be fine. In the end I payed to have it towed to billion in Iowa city and he looked at my info on truck and I got a loaner vehicle with no hassle like it says on the gm certified pre owned website. They never asked if I bought it from them.

Some shady pricing deals. They had a car on the lot, it was priced below book, but marked on both Facebook and their website as a sale, and not that far below what many other dealers were selling similar cars at, less than 1000 less than what I am buying instead. I called, confirmed the price with the sales manager, Skip, as what was listed on their webpage, $4650. We set up a time, and he sent more pictures. Meanwhile I got an email from someone else saying their was a pricing error, it is $9650, ok, but it is literally listed as original price of $7650 on the webpage with a $4650 sale, big sale, but as I said, only about $800 less than very similar vehicles in the same 2 hour radius I am looking. I texted Skip back, and he calls to say that the price is actually $7650 and not on sale. They need to get their act together on pricing. If someone calls, sets up an appointment, and verbally confirms a price with you, it is pretty shady to go changing it several times. I get it, things get listed wrong sometimes, which is why people call to confirm a price. Thankfully I had submitted an email request or I would have driven 90 minutes to find out the car was priced just over top dollar for KBB, and not below book.EDIT: Within a day it had changed prices on their site 2 more times.

Not sure I will ever buy a vehicle from the Muscatine Chevy lot ever again. Got talked into buying gap, a little while later, decided we didn t want it. It s been a month and a half ago since we signed paperwork to cancel it and don t see anything! Ridiculous how this place can take your money right away, yet if a refund is needed to take place, it s a complete circus! Just don t ever buy gap through these dealerships!

I wanted to share my experience with Krieger's in Muscatine. I worked with MC as my salesperson. He was amazing and went above and beyond to help me find the exact vehicle I wanted. The process was smooth and MC provided me updates all the time to stay engaged. I appreciate that kind of customer service as I try to do the same in my career. I'd definitely recommend Krieger's and MC to anyone who is looking for a nice easy car buying experience. Thank you again to everyone at Krieger's and especially MC.

Went there about a monthly sweepstakes they do which I won in june. Front door guy tells me its their shop in Davenport. I drive all the way out of town to Davenport and find out that they dont even have a shop in Davenport. So I drove there for nothing, and come to find out, it was the Ford Kriegers in muscatine across from blains that had the prize. A 5 dollar walmart gift card. Any one who does business with kriegers in muscatine should stop and go else where. If you want a good dealer to buy a good vehicle from go to Erickson in Milan. They are GOOD People who do Good Business!Maybe your front door guy could have not lied to me and cost me gas and time by just telling the truth?!? Hmmm! Bad business he should be fired!

They really bent over backwards for me and I left with the truck I wanted. Todd and the team there did their jobs well and really helped me out. Worth a stop if you're in the market for a new or used quality vehicle.

I have had multiple issues with Kriegers. All the way to the body shop to auto shop. They have done damage to my vechile with the lifts. Poor attitudes and completely unreliable.
