They offer quality service and fast. People are friendly. Kasey, in the service and part department, treated me like we knew each other before. I felt home and can't wait to go back again, in case of a problem. Good job guys, you are the best in Iowa.

Just purchased a much needed vehicle for our business, Squarebody Roofing. My husband and I loved how Chase Kruse helped us with the whole purchasing process. Such a friendly guy, always kept our interests as his top priority. We are so thankful for how easy he made this experience for us!! Tyler, the finance guy, was very thorough as we finalized all the details, we appreciated that very much. Good team at the Ford store for sure.If you re looking to purchase your new or used vehicle, call Chase Kruse, he is so approachable and oh so kind. I know he will take good care of you and your needs!!

Purchased my vehicle nearly a year ago and still waiting on parts for features I paid for. DO NOT purchase any extended warranty products from them. They have avoided honoring them. I have been waiting for a dent repair and wheel / tire repair for nearly 90 days. I have two outstanding warranty / part items that have been ignored. I have features such as massaging seats and CoPilot360 that still haven't been installed nearly a year later.. It's unfortunate as the initial purchase and communication with my sales person was great but service after the sale has been very disappointing. The only reason I'm leaving two starts instead of one is how great my sales person was before and during the sale. If they actually get my features I paid for installed and repair / honor the warranties (or give me full refunds on them) I will update this to a 5 star review. I'm hoping they're just overwhelmed and this isn't indicative of their overall service but it's up to them to prove otherwise. UPDATE. They now ignore my requests for assistance on the parts I still am waiting on after TWO YEARS. I called for corporate who said I have to talk to them. I went to another dealership and they told me Ed Morse made notes in the system that the credit I was given due to the delay in parts was in lieu of the parts. NEVER buy a car from Ed Morse Ford!!!!

Will never buy a vehicle from them. I have been trying to get in touch with them for the past week or so about how my vehicle had such bad tires that they allowed me to drive it off the lot. I had to go get an alignment which isn't the issue. The issue is the mechanic I took it to said those tires should have been replaced the thread and cords were coming out and he didn't see that until he lifted my vehicle up to see. So, a $100 bill turned into and $800 dollar bill because the lack of knowledge and care they have for their customers.

The service center was top notch. Got me in and out with great care for my vehicle. Kind & courteous staff. Will definitely be coming back here again for my vehicle's periodic maintenance.

I've purchased my last 2 pickups from Kriegers. They are good people and strive to make the customer comfortable and sure of their purchase. Today, Shane Stoltz helped me decide on my 2nd truck from this dealership. Both of my purchases were Used pickups, but they treat everyone like they were buying new. I recommend this dealership to my friends and family and anyone else looking for a deal. The Service department is also very helpful and knowledgeable, they listened to my concerns and wishes on my first purchase, and did everything they could to make me satisfied before I left.

Had a little fender bender, not my fault, and had to get three estimates. This place was by far the least expensive! We were able to get our CRV in pretty quickly expecting them to have the car for a week. They had it done in less than 48 hours! Definitely OVER delivered!! Great team. Will certainly use them again if needed.

We have been very happy with our purchase from Krieger's so far. The service was good and quick but we knew exactly what we wanted and looking for when we went there so there was not much work for the sales person other than completing the sale. Just wanted to point that out as it always feel they want to take all the credit for getting the sale but as stated we went down there to look at this truck intending to buy just not 100% sure of how it was truly going to appear like since it was an older truck.

This place is extremly weird and rude to their customers. As we entered in we were greeted by a salesman who said he wanted to hit another person with a chair. Will not be returning

I usually walk away so very happy and the service is amazing. The reason for 3 stars instead of my usual 5 is this. I went from a 2014 to 2015 so things all should be better right. The back windshield wiper is not in good condition and the screen is all lined. My 2014 was way better in this aspect so why did I pay so much and get so little for 2014 because of mileage. It will still run forever. But I guess clients aren't always right. We had to pay to get the lights fixed that were stuck on for upcoming traffic, which should have been fixed for free if you ask me. So that was 750- out of pocket. They already low balled the trade in value when half of it was better than what I was getting in the first place. All I know is this should run forever before I have to sink another dime in it an who is going to fix the back windshield wiper. I just thought Krieger's was better than this and I am very sad that they don't check things closer before putting them up for sale. I also noticed that the dirt was still on my old car when I seen it listed. I am not impressed. The service department is getting the 3 stars (which should be 5 but the sales department brought it down).

We've had good and not so good experiences here, so I'll lump them into one review. Warranty service on my nearly new car was performed fairly well. It needed a new head due to a defective casting on the original, and after that I put 100k on it with no other issues so I'd call that a success.Since then we haven't been super happy. When doing some minor warranty work on our immaculate F150, the rear door was scratched pretty badly. *&^% happens and I understand that. They did repaint the entire outside of the door, but I kind of expected them to disassemble the door and paint the whole things so there wouldn't be a masking line all the way around the inside of the door. This was a truck without a nick on it before, now if/when we sell it or trade it in, someone that notices that is going to assume it was in an accident. You'd think they would have offered some type of "we're sorry for our mistake, here's a years worth of oil changes" or something. Also, the last two oil changes I've had done there went WELL over an hour (one was almost 2 hours!). Yes, I had appointments. My wife gets hers done at another Ford dealer in Davenport (since she works over that way) and she's always in and out in under 30. This review is solely for the service department, the sales team has always been great.

Krieger's always has a car I'm interested in but the service is disappointing. Here's a little laundry list:Had my A/C serviced; glove compartment was left hanging and I had to reconnect the linkage to get it to close.Had a door replaced, found pieces of the body in the back seat. Had to make another appointment to get them reattached.Bought a new truck that had a multiple point inspection. Found out the vent was stuck and wouldn't move from the floor to the dash. Also, no spare tire. They found me one later...Most current, took my Jeep in for service and had to initiate every contact. No feedback on my vehicle parts and which are now delayed over a month. The delay is understandable but didn't receive a call to let me know. Called my sales person who also didn't take any ownership in the process. So frustrated.I paid for their time and restock of the part they got for me which was almost double the online price. Time to part ways. I have bought several cars and the service just isn't there. I hope they figure it out.

I had a windshield recall done here. They pulled my existing windshield to replace the seal, and put a rather obvious dent while prying the window out. Looks to be a rather amateur mistake. A mistake that would have been known to the person who did it.. they never mentioned it to me.

Jim & the guys over @ Krieger were so incredibly kind. After a poor experience at Kimberly Jeep, I was SO pleasantly surprised that this wasn't the case here. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and allowed the process to be extremely smooth. Jim was never pushy, or pressured me into anything. Which - as a female buying a car is always scary! Would absolutely recommend buying/doing business with Krieger!

When we bought our car, we were told we would get a loaner car when our car needed to be worked on, good selling point. NOT....."We don't do that anymore" so your word isn't any good, really, really ticks me off. We only have 1 car, so this is a major problem for us.

Great experience. Bill was great to work with. The process was quick and smooth. Found the truck I had been looking for, and at a great price. The finance team was able to get me a great rate. Would recommend.

John Bickford was our salesman. He was very nice, courteous, and very informative. I ve had my Jeep Compass for about 2 or 3 weeks now. My husband was also looking at a car as well. We ended up purchasing both and trading in our Chevrolet Colorado. The finance guy was quite comical as well. To say the least we will definitely be working with John hopefully in the future. Thank you Ed Morse of Muscatine. Thank you John! The Walter Family

We came in for a test drive and decided to buy rather quickly. Our salesperson was having a very busy day, BUT he was able to address all of our questions without us feeling rushed. He has since reached out to us to make sure we are completely satisfied. The sales staff and finance staff made our rather quick decision to purchase go smoothly and quickly.

We had an oil change and even though a tech was absent they still got the oil change done at a reasonable amount of time. The next week we had brakes done. The techs are knowledgeable and courteous

Bought my first jeep, only to have problems and find out that their service deptOverfilled the oil with the wrong viscosityOf course legally they aren't liable for it so why would they? Not my last jeep, but will not be going back. Be cautious about a service dept that does this also. An oil change should be a pretty easy task

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. The warranty the sell is a complete joke. They pick and choose what is covered under their warranty upon their discretion. We Bought a pick up from them about 2 months ago and it has had 1 problem after another. Has been in the shop more than it hasn't. They have ordered the wrong parts more than 3 times for the items they chose to cover under their warranty, delaying the process of getting us a properly working vehicle. We traded a perfectly good truck for this lemon and after we paid for the warranty now we have to pay even more out of pocket to get a truck that runs correctly. Our family has bought cars from them for years and I can say I will never give them another dime of our hard earned money. They say to shop local, well we did and it bit us in the butt. My advise to you... drive right on by them and go to the quad cities!!!

not really happy with them for my last visit they made the appointment with me over the phone to get spark plugs changed since i told them i got reading that number 1 spark plug was misfiring and the van needed oil change and tire rotation and they set appointment for 8:30 am on tuesday August 17th i took it to them the afternoon before so it would be there for the appointment . never heard anything on tuesday all day long waited then wednesday called them at 11 am was told they couldn't get it into the bay to look at the spark plugs so i said could u get oil change done they told me sure and around 2 pm called me to say it was done never told me that their was an issue i get there to pick it up and cashier hands me the paperwork and takes my payment never told me any issues i look at van tires are still in same places they were when i took it in and i looked at paperwork when i got home and seen it said left wheel bearing loose that should have been told to me when they finished oil change and supposedly did tire rotation since they checked battery and brakes out it should have been told to be careful driving it . not happy with them this time around they usually tell me everything but not this time .

Alex was my salesman, and was pretty easy going, and easy to work with. The price was ok, but I didn't challenge it much, as this was a car had been looking for, for quit sometime, Ford Taurus SHO. We made a deal. Once the car was ready, we set up a day and time for me to pick up. When I arrived, we completed the paperwork quickly. The car was still in detail, and not quite ready to go, so we waited a sort time. When I got the vehicle home and pulled out the paper floor matt protector, and noticed my driver floor matt was missing. I immediately reached out to Alex, to check with his detail department before it got misplaced or thrown out. He responded and said he would check into it. Over the course of the next two weeks, I sent him 5 more text message, and left a voice message with the used car manager to find out the status of the missing floor matt. No response from either. I sent Alex another text explaining my frustration. He responded with an offer to get me a set of rubber floor matts. I said I wasn't interested in rubber floor matts. I wanted the carpeted floor matt with the SHO logo, the car had when I originally looked at it. 3 more days have passed, and no response. This deal could have been a 5 star rating, but the lack of follow through, and not making things right earned them a 2 star from me. Very disappointed.

They had 3 people working behind the counter . Shouldn t have had to stand there that long. But other then that service was wuick & easy

Thought we would try this place out since new owners took over. It is actually worse than before. I've never felt so insulted with a trade in value in my life. Salesman was condescending. We walked.
