I went in to get headlights and the manager asked me if I would like for him to install for me I said that would be amazing! he was in the wind and rain and got me going again! They are amazing and will always use them!!!! Highly recommend!

sold us somthing for our truck with a missing part. they don't have the part. this fiasco delays when my husband's truck will be drivable again. never again.

The guy behind the counter went way above and beyond! He spent probably 15 minutes changing out my headlamp and wiper blades and, since they were trying to get rid of random. Lamps He found the one I needed and didn't charge me!! Thank you guys!!

Great helpful staff. Decent in stock selections. Most parts can b gotten by the next day by noon. Plenty of parking. Decent on line coupons. Price match. Accepts used oil @ no charge. Shanda the manager is great. Super helpful & knowledgeable

I want to take the time to say thank you so much to Chanda at the Muscatine Autozone. I have a Grand Caravan and I couldn't get the rear wiper blade on. She came out not once, but twice to help me get it installed. (Too cold when i bought it) Absolutely grateful to her for helping me without hesitation. Ty

They really care about you here. They helped me out finding a place to fix my alternator. They tested my vehicle and was so damn friendly. If you ever go here and it's busy. It's worth the wait.

The people here are always very knowledgeable and helpful. Good selection of parts in different brands.Today when I needed to borrow tools they knew exactly what size tools I needed.Years ago on another visit near closing hours they went above and beyond to help.

This place saved me so much money!!!!! I ve spent A LOT of money getting my gas throttle fixed when it wasn t even the issue. I took my car to autozone after my car continuously was acting up and I kept getting my gas throttle fixed. Turned out it was my fuel injector the entire time. The order gentleman literally helped me and figured out the issue in less than 5 mins. Thank you!!

I love coming here because they do a great job standing behind the products they sell. Some of the staff could use some readjusting, but others are the polar opposite, both knowledgeable and friendly.

Website always states parts are in stock but never in stock when you get there. Employees hand me incorrect parts and when i tell them its not the right one they tell me the computer says it fits. Name tags say customer satisfaction but that is very rare at autozone. Most are rude and have a huge lack of knowledge. This is why Rockauto, if i have to order the parts i might as well order at rockauto, save money and get the correct part. But saying all this doesn't matter since autozone wont do anything to make it right. They just don't care.

I called to ask about how to cancel online order and the lady was very nice but didn t know what she was doing. She then asked her manager and the manager said he couldn t and said I had to do it myself. I then asked how do I do it myself and he said I don t know then hung up. Horrible service!

After today I will never step foot in and auto zone again. I'm Just done being screwed around. I make a lot of purchases in 2 different auto zone locations. This one being the less local to me. Usually not very many issues. Nonetheless I'm pretty disgusted with the service that I received I will be taking my business to only local automotive parts stores and if necessary advanced auto or Napa.

Sorry to say customer service was a huge issue. The older gentleman we're great but the older lady was rude rude rude I have gone in other times and had no issues plus there was a younger guy who didn't know how to do a return if after manager stood there helping and not a newbie lol

Went to this store before work.. was a little early they open at 7:30am however the doors were still locked at 7:38! On time people get it together. Surly this wasn't rascal. Just checking.

I was desperate for parts today, otherwise I would have gone to rockauto.com - don't get me wrong, it's nothing personal, but I just prefer to order online at the aforementioned website for cost savings. When I need a part today, I will typically go to AutoZone.

It was just okay. People were they're doing their jobs. Although, I wonder why when I buy wiper blades they need to know what size of engine I have in my car, LOL

Nice place to get parts. Easy in and out of parking lot. Wide isles that are clean and organized with hood lighting. Staff is always friendly.

The best worker's i ever meet, they was super nicely, i was traveling from NY to California and i haved a bad battery and bad alternator , the temperature outside was like -10� and they were so helpful they hand me a bunch of tool to change my battery and the alternator, i dont remember they names but it was the night time shift its was a girs and a guy working that night. It was like Dec 7th or 8th, guy jobs guy's! you were so helpful. The experience was like find a bottle of water in the middle of the desert.
