They took my new pilot and made it right. Communication between ABRA, my insurance, and to me was excellent. I even received picture updates. Going from the auto body to mechanical repairs was seamless. They do great work!

My Toyota Camry was repaired by Josh. My experience has been excellent. He quickly inspected and gave me quote for repair He provided me free loaner car till my car is in repair shop with him. He was flexible in extending further help in repair options and kept me informed on status of parts ordered as well as repair status with photos. Pricing was fair and completed work the fastest. Everyone at Abra was very courteous and professional. I was especially impressed with the pictures of each step of the repair work that was emailed to me on a regular basis. I would definitely recommend their service. My vehicle looks like brand new. Excellent service. My car needed body repair and new parts were ordered right away. I received a car to use while mine was in the shop being repaired. No charge. Kept me updated on what was happening with pictures. Was done in a very timely manner. Retuned to me all cleaned and washed. Can't even tell there had been a large dent on rear panel. Sara did a great job of explaining exactly what was going on every step of the way. Seriously thinking of taking my car there from now on for routine oil changes, etc.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Professional , the person that met with us to set up our repair was really very nice. She made us aware that it might take awhile to get parts and actually do the repair. From start to finish, Josh was an excellent representative. I felt confident leaving my car for paint and bodywork, that I would return and find everything in perfect order without last minute surprises. My car looks brand new, and came in at the estimated cost for repair. In fact, the undamaged inside looks better than when I left it, and without charge. They got our vehicle in fast and had the body work done fast too. They took and emailed us pictures of the progress on our truck as it was being repaired. They gave us a loaner car to drive while they completed the work, and our truck interior was even cleaned when we picked it up. Our truck looks awesome! We couldn t be happier! My vehicle was in a hit and run by a FedEx Van Christmas. I turned it into my insurance company. I got several estimates but the hours I was working and everyone was busy to get it in I was put on hold. Finally after trying to find a body shop open after 4pm I came into Toyotas Service department and asked how late the Repair shop was opened. He told me 5pm. I stopped back Friday after work. Josh was very helpful he made a call to my insurance company. Got my vehicle in on Monday after work and gave me a loaner, which other body shops wouldn't have. He handled my accident professionally and promptly. No more hassles he took care of everything. My vehicle was done on Wednesday. Thanks to all that worked quickly and got me on the road again .

I had to get some body work done on my car. They kept me posted every day. Answered all my questions! I was told my car would get done within a certain time and it was. Abra Muscatine provided fast efficient service. The body work and paint is perfect even though our car is an older model. We received updates throughout the repair. My car was damaged in an incident and they got me in and set up with a rental in less than a week. By the time they were all finished they had beaten another ABRAs timeline by about a month. Had 3 carscm that they repaired. First two excellent, last one pretty average. They did not get the tailgate of my SUV lined up correctly. Big gap on the left side. Would go back, with reservations.
