Tammy is always helpful, keeps me updated about parts and repairs. Asking if we need vehicle back while waiting on a part. I really appreciate this gesture. The shop guys are always willing to explain what needs repaired and why. Take the time to talk with customers about their vehicle, before just saying it needs all this without reason. I've been a loyal customer for about 15 years. I will always recommend and continue to use A-1 Quality Tire. Our family appreciates everyone at this business. They keep us on the road and safe! They were great. Very good customer service. I bought tires from them. Got tire warranty. Got up to flat tire. They took my van on and got the tires fixed quickly. It was great. I give them the highest praise.

Great Prices and Great Service... I have had a few issues. But when an issue happens they always treat me fairly. They just installed a set of tires on my truck and I am thrilled with the price and how affordable the road hazard warranty was to purchase. Tammy always takes care of us in a friendly manner.

The service at A-1 is great. I dropped off a set of new wheels and had new tires mounted and balanced. They were done quickly with not one knick or scratch very respectful of my wheels. They will always have my business from here on out.

Had a brake issue with my Audi A6 2.7t. Everyone else in town didn't want to look at it or said they didn't have time for several days or even weeks. A1 got me in, replaced a brake line, bleed the brakes and had my car out of the shop within 24hrs. I couldn't be happier with their service and timely work getting my car back on the road. Awesome work! Highly recommend! Will use again.Service: Brakes

I recently came in with a nail in my tire which was deemed non repairable. My tire is still under warranty so I had to deal with my policy steps before I could make my next move. Tammy had the shop guys throw on a loner tire until I could get the warranty figured out. She was very kind and caring which proves her first priority is her customers safety!I can't thank A1 enough for their help!

Talked to Tammi, who is extremely condescending and rude and talks down to you like you are an idiot and she is Queen B (Connie is really nice). I asked her to quote me for replacing a gas tank and straps on my truck, and then she said she would get back to me later. I had the truck towed there in case I wanted to get it fixed (and I agreed to $75 towing fee). She then called me back and said the truck arrived and that it would be $800 to $1k to fix. I told her I wasn't willing to spend that much on an old truck, and then she pulls a fast one and says, "Oh, then you owe us $182.50, then" I never agreed to a diagnostic fee, and I simply told her I would have appreciated her telling me that there was a diagnostic fee for looking at my truck (which I didn't need done, I only wanted a quote for specific work), and then she interrupted and said "Fine, just pay us $145 and come get your truck by the end of the day."For the record, I was willing to pay the entire fee, as I am a business owner myself and understand they don't work for free, but they need to communicate their policies better and not just slam a fee on someone's lap. I was asking for a ballbark quote for specific parts and labor. She knew she made a mistake which is why she halved the fee, but the way she handled it was completely inexcusable and unprofessional. I will not be returning. Unfortunately Tammi is the manager so the buck stopped there.

We made a trip to Blakesburg to pick up a used horse trailer. On our way home back to Michigan, we blew a tire about 12 miles west of Muscatine. I had a jack and tire iron. However, I needed a cresant wrench to get the spare off. Fortunately, we found a very friendly gentleman at home who loaned us some tools and recommended A-1 Quality Tire. So, my wife called A1 at 4:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon to ask if they had trailer tires. The lady she spoke with was very friendly and said that eventhough they were no longer taking appointments for the day, she would help us out. We got to A-1 around 4:15 and they mounted up 2 new tires in record time and got us back on the trail back home. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank everyone at A-1 Quality tire for helping us out. 5 star / Highly Recommended!!!

Called ahead of time to order tires. After being quoted numerous times and being asked my tire size repeatedly they ordered the wrong ones and wasted my whole day. A1 service indeed.

They misquoted two replacement tires too low but honored the quote which cost them $100. Great service and honest.
