I would like to thank everyone at HWH Corporation in Moscow, IA. Specifically Ashley, Scott, and Billy. The levelers are wonderful. Push one button and the system auto levels. Saving me tons of time and aggravation doing it with blocks.I damaged one of my HWH levelers and they got me in the very next day! They did the replacement and testing in a couple hours and even took me back in the bay to show me proper techniques and answer all my questions. All at a very reasonable price.Thank you HWH. If I ever need to purchase again, it will certainly be your products. The pictures show before and after.

Prior experience with repairs was great however this morning when trying to get updated on my computer board rebuild for my hydraulic control worst customer service provider answering the call. Rude and unprofessional, said she could send a request to electronics but no point nobody would respond and absolutely no chance the board would be finished they only have had it 3 weeks. Latter received a call from my RV tech that he had been told it s done. I m going to see if they will ship overnight but doubt I will get any help if the same customer service person takes the call

Had to drop off RV for repairs. There were no hotels or rental cars close by. Ashley who works in the office was wonderful to work with. She used her personal time and vehicle to shuttle us 50 miles round trip and returned to shuttle us back after repairs. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was truly a God send. She is the BEST.

Went in to get my HWH leveling system checked out on my 1999 foretravel. They did a great job taking care of issues. Great people in a great company and a great location. What more do I need?

We had our hydraulic leveling system upgraded. Larry did a very professional job. He treated us and our coach with respect. He was awesome about explaining the new system to us. The entire service crew was very good to us and great about answering all our questions and even giving us more information. We we're quoted a price in April and it remained the same now in October. No surprises. Thanks again Larry and Ashley for taking good care of us.

Wow amazing service and fast once your set in the schedule. Very cool all American company. Ashley & Lou were amazing. Lou took extra time to explain what was going on and what the fix was. What a great product, especially for a 2004 leveling & slide system.

The sliders and the leveling system on our 2006 Winnebago 38T stopped functioning - we took it to 2 different RV dealers and were first told that it was the board, and that they no longer made that board. My husband did some testing and determined that it was the relays. The 2nd RV place recommended that we take it to HWH.It is true that it takes awhile for them to get back to you when you call, but that is because, like everyone else, they are short staffed. However, we made an appt - drove 7 hours, spent the night in our RV. We were told that our 7 am appt time would be honored, and it was - we were out at 10:30 and the whole bill was a little over $400 - we were thrilled. It was the relays that were the problem. We really didn't think we would be in and out in 1/2 day - we paid less for the repairs that we did for a worthless diagnostic from Pleasureland in Brainerd - highly recommend HRH.

Terrible company when it comes to business to business sales and interaction. They only accept incoming calls to go into a queue to be called back. Average callback time is 3 days. The same people taking calls and entering people in the queue are the people also responsible for calling back. But they don t have time to call back because there are so many incoming calls. When you do finally get someone on the phone, product knowledge is low. Many part numbers are superseded. They are unable to give part availability or pricing. Certain parts are a year or more out but they don t tell you that. Dealer applications take over a month to process. They only have one distributor, Meyer, who only sells full systems, not parts.Advice: separate customer service and tech support. Train tech support to be subject matter experts. Staff such that calls can be returned in 24 hours. Have a path of escalation for dealers to access. Update website with dealer portal so orders can be placed online at wholesale pricing.

We brought our 32 Country Coach Intrigue to HWH. Corp in Moscow, Iowa to have our air leveling system looked at after failing to find a company on the west coast interested in looking/working on it. We could not be happier!! The professionalism, knowledge, friendliness and willingness to get it right were incredible. Our system is now working easily/correctly and the skill/knowledge that everyone at HWH showed during this process are unmatched. On top of that the cost was extremely reasonable. We also met several people that had brought their coaches here from the west to the east coast and places in between. One gentleman from Texas shared his coach had been unusable and in shops for the past 15 months due to issues with the slides that no shop had been able to fix. HWH found the cause and had the issue resolved in four hours. Another brought his coach from Michigan due to a grinding noise in a slide; HWH found a piece of wood wedged in the track. They also did a full inspection and fixed a couple of O rings and solenoids as well as a manifold that needed replacement. My husband and I thoroughly recommend HWH. This is the place to bring your RV s if you have any kind of issue with your leveling systems, slides etc. These are the people that shops call to figure out how to fix those leveling systems.

Poor company to try and do business. I called to order some retract springs Was told they would return my call. Was two weeks before I got a call back. Gave my information, they sent the parts and they were wrong. Just called today 5/19 at 12:40 to ask how to ship back for a refund was told they will call back in about 10 business days. What if I was broke down and need the part to be on my way. They have you by your wallet as all their components are particular to there company no outside source.

First, it's a good product. We've used ours for almost three years now without maintenance or problem.Second, being able to take your RV in for a complementary leveler inspection is a great benefit. The technician lubricated our jacks and made sure they were working properly at no cost. Also, on weekdays they have electric hookups for RV overnight stays. We did have a longer than expected wait for our reserved time, but HWH had a large number of employees out the day we arrived.

Arrived at HWH at 7:30 am & rolled right into a bay. 8 hours later, a new hydraulic pressure switch fixed our levelers. Slide adjusted so it's flush. $180 and a 50-amp power pedestal for the night. Highly recommend!

Stayed overnight for free with hydro, next morning in at 8, replaced 1 jack, main board and 2 solenoids in my 18 year old bus. All working perfect now and almost 1/2 what I expected to pay. Very nice people and got everything done to my satisfaction. Drove to the factory from Ontario Canada on my way to Arizona for the winter. Highly recommended...

Horrible. They charged me $25 to ship a 2 ounce plastic panel part and did not tell me upfront. Then they take 7 days to respond to any emails. Every time. They suck at customer service in the modern world.

In two days I received my order, from the United States to Canada. Really fast. You should give the tracking number on the invoice so that we don't have to search for the information, which is more complicated. Delivery costs are $60 CDN, to which must be added customs fees and sales taxes. In all, UPS costs us $200 CDN, which is really expensive. you should find a cheaper carrier.

My experience with HWH has been difficult. Part of me wishes I lived closer, so I could just go to the shop and try to get what I need (it seems that the face to face transactions are good ones). Unfortunately, I have been placed on "call-back" and/or "order confirmation" response that is estimated to take somewhere between 2 and 12 weeks. I'm not exactly sure what or why they are having issues, but they seem to take forever for replies to anything.I was able to contact an HWH dealer, however, and they can call directly into the manufacturer and get a much more timely response, which is helpful for my situation. I recommend finding a local dealer to source your parts or technical questions through, if you can. HWH seems to be overwhelmed in their comeback from the pandemic.

We drove 5 an half hours to HWH to get our RV hydraulics repaired after being referred. Honestly couldn't be happier with the outcome. They had it fixed in a few hours an it eneded up being way cheaper than expected. Thank you all for your great service.

I had one of the best experiences needing repairs while on the road. Made an appointment 2weeks in advance showed up and they were ready for me. After the diagnosis it was a minor problem which they fixed and I was back on the road within an hour. Great people to work with and very professional. Thanks againMark Poole

We decided to keep our 2007 Phaeton and with that decision we decided to fix all issues and update the rig. One of our main issues was the Atwood levelers. Had them replaced twice and they still were junk. So, we decided to take a trip to HWH from South Florida to swap out the system. Two months after the work and couldn t be happier with the new HWH system. The folks at HWH are incredible. Larry and Ashley were extremely helpful as was everyone else we met at the factory. They have 50-amp sites and if you need water there s a potable hose on site. Thanks, HWH for making RVing a lot easier with working levelers.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have an RV with a blown leveler jack. The local shop that does my repairs ordered a replacement from this company, 6 months ago. They said it was a special order part and they needed to be paid up front, so I paid. They added the caveat that at the time they could not provide an estimated delivery date. As of today...6 months later... their response is that they still cannot provide an estimated delivery date.I've been in manufacturing for over 30 years and I have never seen such lack of professionalism in any company I have ever worked with. If you can't give a delivery date for a prepaid item, after 6 months, you need to give the money back and rethink your processes. The very least you should do is give the money back.

We had an excellent experience with HWH. The service was fast, didn t try to oversell us (we only needed 1jack replaced but we insisted on all 4 since we came a long way). They also found a minor issue with our leveling system. I think our service persons name was Billy. Great guy. Very knowledgeable. We also want to call out Brett on the second shift. He helped us late at night when we locked our RV keys in the RV. He moved heaven and earth to help us. So kind! Ultimately we had a locksmith get us in.But as far as HWH service top notch. We actually could have been in and out in about 3 hours but had family in the area to see.FYI people come from all over the U.S. for jacks and slide service and all rave about this place. 100% recommend!!

Went to the HWH parts website and ordered an electric part for my motorhome that I full time in. The website said they had the part. After I put in the order I did not receive a confirmation email or any contact for several days, so I called to check. I was told that they had not processed my order yet. The process is they take orders and then call the customer back to actually place the order. I said that I did not receive a call. They said it would approximately a month before they will call me. The lady told me she did not really have time for it but said let me look at your order. She then told me HWH did not have any of my part. I ask so when will you get them. She said we have no idea.Bottom line is I live in my inoperable 2017 RV and they no longer make parts to support their products.Fast forward to today. I Received a call from HWH and was ask about my order. They give me your credit card info and if we start building the part again we can build one for you. I said great when will that be they don t know I when or if they will build more but they promised not to charge my card until it s ready.WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE THEY RUNNING!Give me your credit card info and maybe we will send you the part you need?!

We had several issues with our hydraulic system: the living room slide would not retract without help, one if the stabilization jack was leaking and a couple of the buttons on the control pad were temperamental. We made an appointment (10 days out) arrived the day before and were able to stay overnight with electricGot the RV in the shop at 7:00 amIt did take most of the day to get everything fixed. It was a long day.Great improvement, didn t realize how bad it was.And the cost was a fraction of what we thought. We had contacted several other authorized HWH service centers, they were 3 to 4 weeks for an appointment and needed 2 or 3 days to get parts for the slide.Anyone with HWH systems go to the factory for the best service they are great

I had my coach in for a hydraulic leak on my kitchen slide out. Dropped off at 7am and was estimated 5 hours for fix. Went for a walk and had coffee. Came back in 4 hours to find out they had a problem getting the power to the slide. Mind you, there was power to the slide 10 minutes before being dropped off because The slide had to be put in before travel to drop off for repair.I was a little upset when I learned of the problem after I returned in 4 hours, no phone call, and they had not even started on the hydraulic leak.BTW, they charged $98 an hour for labor.Anyway, not sure of the reason for no power to the slide but, they got it working after 5 hours. It took another 3 hours to replaced the parts in the slide to fix the hydraulic leak. All things said, they did the right thing and didn t charge me labor for the unknown power loss problem, fixed the slide out. They also replaced the air ride leveling panel because it would come on for them They do great work and I have to give them a thumbs up even though they took a few hours longer than expected. They do need to work on their customer contact when there is a problem.

The mounting of the rear leveler framework prohibits fuel pump replacement. A removable cross bar under the fuel tank would have allowed for fuel tank access. The engineers who built this should have to pay out of their pockets the 10+ hours of work that has to happen on each rv that has thier products installed because they couldn't think ahead and say, fuel pumps will need to be replaced.
