Never had a bad experience at M Town! The guys are down to earth and friendly. Straight shooters on work that needs done, but also won t make you think something needs replaced/repaired if it doesn t just to make a buck. Service is always quick and reliable, generally when I call for service they can get me in the next day if not later in the week!I ve been a regular customer for over ten years.

These guys are amazing! I recently bought a van and the oil rain plug was rounded so bad I couldn t even get it out. I called here and they got me right in and done within 20 minutes and only charged me $24! Absolutely amazing service and honesty from them!

I am thrilled to write this review for M Town Tire & Auto in Monticello. The guys at M Town have taken care of my vehicles for 9 years now. They have always been really thorough and really competent and fair. They always keep me in the loop and provide me with choices for steps to take to keep my vehicles running right. This time I had an issue with my Jeep which was a three part problem involving my keyless start, remote fobs and owner neglect of normal maintenance. Alex and the guys resolved my issues completely, quickly and with above and beyond service. I am a single woman from a certain generation that was always able to rely on the men in the family for car maintenance advice. We lost our father this year and the guys at M Town did everything right to make me feel comfortable and trusting. I remain feeling independent and would put my absolute trust in these guys for any automotive needs. These fellas were a God send. I was traveling from Cedar Rapids to Madison and got a low air pressure warning on my tire. It had a nail embedded and needed fixing. They added me in near the end of the day and got me back on the road and safely home. I will be forever grateful for the kindness and professionalism.

I needed some tires switched out in my truck and they were able to get me in within the week. My trucks security system locked up when they put in in the air and wouldn't start. They were very patient and helpful trying to get it shut off! They got it started and showed me how to reset the car alarm if it happens again. And they were very reasonably priced!Service: Auto maintenance

They located tires for me in 1 day, then was able to install, aline and get my car up & going same day! Really appreciate their respect for my time and money...they also found me a rebate

Had a driver with a blown semi trailer tire in the area. M Town was able to get him in and swap the spare tire in a reasonable amount of time and labor charges were very acceptable.

Family owned and ran, locals visit with garden items for family, sweet corn, tomatoes, even fish. Friendly and of course there's "Billy Bob" the big black lap cat to greet you! Owner's wife greets you and visits with you while answering the always ringing telephone. .

I noticed a large nail sticking from the tire, drove right over without calling ahead and within 30 minutes I was driving away, and during their busy time of the day. Thanks for getting me taken care of and on my way men! I appreciated it.

Ryan & Alex of M Town helped my daughter (who is a sophomore in college) get back on the road after she had a flat tire. I'm very thankful for all they did for her. Nice to know someone will help your kid out when you can't. Good guys, I owe them a beer for sure!D Woods

Cost me 1500 dollars on a brake job and the caliper fell off I contacted them and they said it was petty much my fault and yes it was two month's ago but the car wasn't even driven two thousand miles wouldn't recommendService: BrakesService: Brakes

Not sure why someone would put one star without a review explaining why. Sounds fishy. They do all my work and are great. As far as the guy leaving a one star he's not so great

AFTER coming home from a long work trip I noticed the the brake warning on my vehicle was flashing called my sonwho lives in Monticello and he recomendedM town.I live 2hrs north of Monticello.Called them the next morning and exlpained my situation and they sai d to bring it in. After getting there they located the problem repaired it they explained what the problem was and wthat the cost was going to be very professional shop fair rates Got me on the road in 2hours thanks Guys

I took a car in to get seafoam added to the transmission the owner told me it would be between 50 and $70 it was more than this and he didn't even test drive the car afterwards to see if it worked not very pleased with service

Had a battery that went way beyond its expected life, it finally gave up after days of record cold, the guys got me in on 20 minutes notice and were great doing business with!
