I scheduled my first oil change and service on my 550 TBoss on a Thursday and brought it in on Wednesday. I talked to the mechanic Thursday afternoon on the phone around 3pm and was told it would be done before noon on Friday. I call back at 11:30 am on Friday and the mechanic is at lunch. I mentioned to the secretary I needed my side by side by noon as I had stated to the mechanic. Why would the mechanic go to lunch knowing I needed my side by side by noon? I mentioned I would come after it and change the oil myself as I needed it for the holiday weekend. When i arrived the mechanic was changing the oil but did not replace the oil filter. Being my first service I expected they would tell me they checked everything over on the machine but it was obvious they hadn't looked over my machine to make sure there wasn't anything needing adjusted or fixed as the Tboss was still sitting in the same place I had dropped it off for them when i brought it to them. I was told when to bring my machine in and when it would be ready for pickup and it wasn't. Its sad when you buy a brand new side by side and expect to get good service and you don't. I even texted the owner to let him know what was going on and got no response from him. I now have ordered a oil filter for the TBoss and will change the oil again as stated from the manufacturer. If this is how it goes I will have it serviced at another Massimo dealer and or purchase another machine elsewhere in the future.

Very good mechanic! Fixed my Polaris Ranger and was very informative. Will be back if in need of repairs and service!

Not a good place to frequent, the owner & his crew are not willfully accomadating customers needs or warranty work on new products they sell. Would not even replace a bad battery, at 4 - 5 months old, bought new full warranty machine. If you're considering an ATV or UTV, definitely shop elsewhere. I highly recommend the purchasers (if you do buy) to get something in writing from the proprietor of this business to state said warranties in full. This place will charge you for anything replaced. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! THE OWNER THINKS HE IS INDISPENSABLE. HE IS AN EXPERT IN EVERYTHING HE DABBLES IN...IN HIS OWN EYES. HE'S A USED CAR DEALER FROM WAY BACK, AND DOESN'T KNOW ABOUT REAL BUSINESS PRACTICES! JUST ASK HIM, HIS HELP & HIM ARE AN EXPERT IN EVERYTHING.......NOT
